The breakfast wasn’t very good and very limited. Also there was a $200 deposit on top of my room stay that limited my entertainment funds for my grandkids. Most places only charge a $100 deposit

The hotel is under renovation. So I think they’re trying. The indoor pool was too cold ( and we are not picky) but it was almost unbearable. The breakfast is mediocre- they could use fresh brewed coffee like most places offer. Theirs was a machine- and it was not good. Need more breakfast options, muffins, bagels, spreads (jelly, peanut butter) there was just a loaf of bread in the case. Waffles were good as were the eggs. Pullout couch in room very old and uncomfortable to even sit on, let alone sleep. Also spring from the mattress was popped through- manager did offer to change our room however. It was just too late and we were settled in. Just surprised they wouldn’t notice that ahead of time, the cushions on the couch did not match the couch. Kind of piecemealed together. Location is nice. The staff was very friendly. Like I said I think they’re trying. They just have a long way to go!

The shower never got hot. The bathtub did, but the shower didn't. The room had an echo and made it hard to talk or make any noise. Tried to use the room phone to make a call and did not work.

The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were incredibly soft. The staff was nice as well upon checking in and out.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were little squares, not the usual rectangles; that took some getting used to. The room layout was a little weird because the bathroom door had to open towards the room door (b/c of furniture in the way), so it had an automatic closer. Also, I didn't expect alot for a free breakfast for the price, but it had kind of bland offerings.

The room was quiet and clean. The staff were all very pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

They charged my card $200 for incidentals. It was supposed to just be holding. I was charged and the money still hasn't been refunded to me, like they said. There was no reason to not refund it. They even told me that and they said they sent it back to my bank. But my bank says they haven't received anything and processed the payment because it wasn't sent back. I am upset because I'm out an extra $200 for a stay that wasn't that great.

There was a miscommunication among staff resulting in them waking up and demanding payment for something I thought was handled the day before at the front desk. Very unprofessional. The elevator was broken. The door to our first room didn’t work right and was broken

The front desk called after charging my card during check-in and told me i didn't pay, I checked my bank statement, and i was charged for a full 2 day stay. He had a new hire / trainee and u believe she messed up ! I called corporate, and she stated that all charges were in fact clear and apologized for the inconvenience

The host was never at the front desk, there was no breakfast available to everyone and areas of the rooms weren’t clean ex. Dirty door handles.

The staff was terrible at getting guests checked in. I was told that I could check in early at 1pm just to arrive and be told by the same person that I had to wait until 3 pm. Once 3 pm. arrived, I was told I still had to wait a few minutes to check in because they weren't ready. They assigned me the wrong room in which it wasn't even cleaned, the bed was still unmade, and tried to charge me a different price than what I was given on Booking.com. The breakfast was not good at all, it didn't even look good. Also, you can't have guests at your room after 11 p.m., or they put you out without a refund.

I’d give a better review but the caucasian white woman working was absolutely terrible to deal with. she was nodding off and seemed to be on drugs, i witnessed her screaming at 2 women when they kept asking her what was going on they’ve been trying to check in for an hour and she said she was on the phone and hold on a damn minute. the manager male worker made his best efforts to fix any issue we had. he was amazing

Room was a complete disaster, very poorly maintained, drawers tied closed with a lamp cord. Some genius installed the tub surround on top of the Sheetrock and then cut holes thru it to install handrails.

It is starting to look a little run down. Broken items, cracked walls, excessive ice build up in mini fridge, broken treadmill, broken ice machine on first floor, broken key card reader for exterior door, ext.

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. We have been staying at this location for years and we like to stay in the same room. The ladies worked hard to get the room we wanted to stay in ready as fast as possible.

the room furnishings were outdated and looked wore out and in need of replacement. elevator needs work was very noisy and slow. pool water was very cold no bedding for the pull out couch bed. oh well what can you really expect from a 3 star hotel live and learn all these choice hotels seem this way.

The lack of concern for questions. We asked for towels twice for our room and never got them. We asked for more towels in the pool area and it never happened. I was told there weren't any.
