Poor buffet, all inklusive means something else. 1 kind of meat. In 6 days, only 1 times chicken, 1 times baklava. Cocktails are not included, 9€ each.

- I was expecting to have more fish on all inclusive tables, only one day from 5 I stayed there it was fish at one dinner (being at sea side fresh fish is welcomed always in my opinion) - some services are not included in all inclusive and is extra pay: spa, massage, even the fresh juice - sea is near, but there is a road between hotel and sea, was a bit noisy, especially when you want to fall asleep - beach has more stones, you should better wear shoes for beach (can be bought in a shop inside the hotel, but not all sizes are available there). For beach with soft sand you should travel by bus - sometimes music in the evening is loud, but this is something normal for vacation hotels - cars are driving really fast, no one is stopping to wait in designed places for people to pass the road form hotel to the sea, only when lights are red for cars you can pass - I think hotel can bring some more soft sand to the beach as well - even if we paid for 4 person, taking a room for 2 persons, only two pairs of towels were brought to our room. When more persons stay at that moment, more towels should be there during those days, even if room is designed for less people. - it was a birthday of some visitor and even if hotel stuff prepared some cake for him, they asked to pay for it. There are other hotels where this was done free, so for future: small nice gestures should be considered.

- swimming pool, gym, biliard - friendly hotel stuff, openness - food was good - umbrellas on the beach and chairs were provided - there is a underground way to the beach - private taxi partner from hotel - bus is nearby and costs only 1 euro - nature is beautiful, palms, flowers, mountains around, sea is close - there is a nice way to walk on sea side - a little park for children to play is around 10 min walking - not far from Alanya other beaches, can get easily by bus, for example Kleopatra beach - some local shops (not many) and one restaurant is nearby - sea breeze - nice dogs and cats are living in the hotel yard -overall experience was really nice

The room itself was a bit disappointing. We are aware that we got it for a good price so can’t complain much, but it was dusty, had small hairs on the bedding, the “balcony” too small to sit on comfortably. The cardio machines in the fitness room could do with an upgrade. Incline function of treadmill was inoperable, the cross trainer wasn’t working properly and the bike too malfunctioned.

The price of our stay and the food + Salim, the pool area bartender, made a huge difference for our stay. You could tell he was liked amongst guests. Plenty of sun beds to choose from. Pool bar great too - stayed open till late. We made use of the fitness room which has plenty of equipment.

The all inclusive drink menu was very limited but for the price we paid I can't complain. The food wasn't great. Possibly suited to Eastern european tastes, but fresh salad was lovely and plentiful The big problem was the major road right in front of the hotel! A 4 lane highway. Traffic noise was appalling. Our first room fronted onto the road, and even with the windows closed the road noise was disturbing. On mentioning it we were swiftly moved to a side room still with great views,but less noise. Although the hotel and staff were great....we probably won't return because of the road noise

The buffet was sometimes a little cold. The staff do what they can for you though. If you ask for fresh chips etc they will make them. I also had to ask for a kettle for my room but that was also no problem.

The hotel and the spa are really nice and the staff are really helpful. We used the spa and pool almost everyday.

Not much choice of food but what ther was was quite nice. Poor choice of alcohol with all inclusive, beer vodka gin wine and soft drinks, and what really annoyed me from 10pm they charge you for drinks not very all inclusive in my opinion. Beach not the best. Location not great

The mattress was not comfortable and as a person who has a little backache it makes me feel bad every morning. The variety of food was good but not a good menu for meat lovers and it was one of the most disadvantages of the hotel which most of the foods are without meat and chicken. The last disadvantage of the hotel is having a lot of cat in the restaurant and lobby, I didn't like the situation that they allow cats to come to the internal space of the restaurant and all the times this issue make us annoyed and uncomfortable while eating our meals.

We had a 12 night stay there and everything was good, staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was good and the hotel has a private access to the beach with bar, umbrella and bed and the beach was clean and not crowded. The variety of food was good specially for the people who are vegan. Everyday the room got cleaned by room service which was good and we also asked for honeymoon package which was free of charge and we liked it.

Nevertheless, variety of food is quite poor: only one dish with meat per lunch or dinner; no seafood/fish at all during our stay (7 days) - this is the reason why people are standing in long queue around grill place waiting for the portion of freshly cooked chicken/beef - this caused long waiting before you have a proper meal. Some staff members from beach bar and kitchen don't speak any language but Turkish, and were being not helpful while asking for assistance and even hostile from time to time, which spoiled general vacation spirit.

Generally, everything was good and a little better even! New condition of hotel rooms and pool, private and clean beach very close to the hotel. Food quality is great, as well as supportiveness of hotel's representatives on reception. Sea view from every room literally. Overall, wonderful quality/price correlation.

A few things that we thought could have been better: 1) Management of sun beds on the pool - some people go early in the morning and put their towels on the sun bed so as to reserve it for the rest of the day. This means that even if they are not at the pool and taking a nap in their bedroom the sun beds couldn’t be used. Although the staff were always brings extra sun beds when you asked it’s not an ideal situation when you turn up to the pool and there are a handful of people but no sun bed! 2) Given we booked all inclusive the hotel could have at least provided more water in the bedroom. When you arrive you get two small bottles of water and none after that. They have water filters downstairs but it’s a bit harsh to expect guests to walk all the way to the ground floor to get water in the middle of the night as two small bottles in 35C heat is simply not going to quench your thirst.

We found rooms to be really good and comfortable. The hotel staffs were incredibly friendly and could speak basic English. We found the dinner spread to be the best of the three meals and enjoyed the different barbecues on different days. Proximity to the beach is also really good as one can use the private underpass.

Cleaning was infrequent, and towel changes were not done regularly. Additionally, it should be noted that meat was only available during dinner.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with an excellent beach and pool. Furthermore, the culinary offerings feature a diverse selection of delicious and authentic local cuisine.
