The hotel is brand new looks exactly like in the pictures. There was a lot of food diversity and the drinks were amazing. They had good animation team for kids and lots of things to do day and night. The acrobatic show at night was also very good. I would definitely recommend.

I was promised a view to the garden, but apparently the garden does not exist, so my view was absolutely awful (empty piece of land that might turn into a garden in the future). Asked to change the room for the one with better view, but all the rooms that i was offered had same view to non-existing garden. No food options for diabetics

The food is amazing. The variety of options is unbelievable! Plenty of deserts, including fresh fruits and Turkish Delights. Very helpful staff around the place - Lobby, restaurants, bars etc Shows every night.

The rooms are on the small side, but the location is so perfect that it didn't matter. We only used the rooms for sleeping, from 8am till after midnight we were either at the beach, the pool, the lounge or the restaurant.

I think cleaning should be better. A dish which I used in the room was washed only once a week. Towels weren’t changed every day, just from time to time. A WC near the main restaurant wasn’t clean enough. When I chose my room in Booking I chose with a sea view but in fact, I had a roof view, it was not a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is really great. I want to especially note an excellent, delicious food. Every dinner in the main restaurant was served amazingly and with something special. During the day there is an opportunity to eat in the open air near the sea and you can choose a buffet or a street food, for example. There are six bars in the hotel, four of them are located near the sea and pools and all barmen are great (thanks to Yana, Gökhan and Alkan)! They can prepare very nice cocktails from a bar card or something special and original. The hotel has a private sandy beach, only near and in the water there are small stones. My room was bright and comfortable, with a balcony.

the doors (especially in the bathroom) should be cleaned as part of the routine as the material of them shows up marks/stains/print which is very off putting especially when we very first arrived knowing they had not been left by us

all the staff are so lovely (special shoutout to hasan) - the cocktails are amazing - the bed is super comfortable - there is food/drinks available almost 24 hours a day - the kids area is great (although a few more toys etc would be good in the kids club)

The rooms were a little small, but it didn't affect us in any way.

The hotel was stunning, a little piece of heaven. I loved every moment and was treated like a queen. The facilities are immaculate and well maintained, you honestly can tell Serenity lives up to its five star status with the staff expectations and service. They were extremely helpful considering our gluten allergy and providing bread accordingly. The decor is simply beautiful, marble floors, Moroccan tiles and finishing touches that are so glamorous. Thank you Serenity Queen for your wonderful hospitality, we will definitely be back!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel it was outstanding!!!!!!

The hotel was absolutely unreal! Every member of staff was welcoming and made us feel very special! We loved the fact Starbucks was all inclusive and bubble tea! The food selection was just outstanding we loved the food so much!! The staff all loved talking to us because we were English! They are so very to English people made us feel like royalty! We will definitely be coming back!! A special shout out the bell boy Khan who is an exceptionally amazing worker he looked after us perfectly!!
