Our ground floor room was a bit noisy in the mornings, but not that bad.

The atmosphere of the hotel terrace was really beautiful, you can enjoy the sunshine and small green garden while eating your breakfast. Staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast, location and rooms were very good.

The sliding patio door didn’t seal properly at the bottom rendering the double glazing ineffective.

Quite nature of the location. Plenty of parking, bearing in mind this was an out of season trip.

The hotel is advertised on booking.com as a four star facility. In fact it is a three star hotel. You won't be disappointed if you expect a very good two star place. The room is just tiny - no wardrobe, just an open shelf - really no space to store clothes. The bathroom door is a sliding door which opens right into the room -20 cm between the door and the bed. We stayed in winter and breakfasts were very simple and repetative, although the food was always fresh and sufficient. On some occasions the stuff didn't speak anything but Turksih, which wasn't very nice. At the same time having spent a week in Kemer, we didn't see any place which looked better or fresher than the Miyas hotel.

The stuff were really great - very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their taxi to the airport was grand and cheaper than what they charge if you find it yourself. The hotel is nice and clean, the beds are very comfy. There is a very nice yard with ballons for wamth in winter where you can sit and work or eat. There is Netflix.

A top hotel for little money. Restaurant and breakfast top top. Parking, entrance and reception excellent. Only thing to mention is that the rooms are small and the bathroom too small, this is why I rated comfort and equipment not with max. For 2 persons in one room it will be definitely too small. I enjoyed each morning the breakfast buffet and took also a swim in the pool, all perfect. Very to recommend for this price.

Can have more various breakfast options, I would recommend to add toaster for sandwiches to the kitchen and make waffles as well.

Nice small hotel, great for this money! Very clean, not old, friendly and supportive administration. Fresh strawberries, watermelon, melon, grape and so on for the breakfast is perfect.

I didn`t find anything wrong with this hotel

Its all about the name. The accommodation was rather luxury (at least a bit) :-) and at the end quite good surprise. The room was well equipped in a modern way. It was tidy and clean. Breakfast was a mix of buffet & served one. Tasty and fresh. Beach and beach promenade were nearby as well as city center (up to 5 minutes walk). Parking was available on streets around the hotel (in aprox. 50 meters distance)

the rooms are cosy and well equiped (pool view is preferable), staff is very nice, majority of restaurant staff is used to more russian than english speakers :) very chill atmosphere and you're close to the sea, it's not loud at all

Staff need to be more knowledgeable about English language.

Very nice location near centre and beach . Rooms comfortable and clean .swimming pool small but very clean .Restaurant nice especially the breakfast is really good with full meals and options to choose every day . Environment is clean and you can relax in many areas of hotel , The only thing that I’m not really satisfied is that the staff nee d to improve the English language.Staff is really helpful especially Stefka very nice helpful lady .Also receptionists are very helpful , they responded me every time that I asked them , Is really worth price for the hotel , If I will be back again to Kemer I will choose again Myas Luxury Hotel. If you go downstairs be careful, there are steps on the turns and if you watch to a window, you might trip

Kind and carefull receptionists gave us few good hints about commute to next cities. Nice interrior and good design. The internal restaurant is cheap and suggests adapted meal for tourists. The location is good, the hotel is just between a cost line and city center
