There was no hand soap, it is a apart hotel yes however, hand soap may be provided for an overnight stay.

The staff were great had a little trouble with transfer back to airport. The staff went out of her way to sort it out for me. No bar or pool but this was due to the time of my visit , which i knew about beforehand .So no complaints. It's a little out of way but had no trouble finding it even at 2am ..basic did did everything you need out of accomodation..plenty of hot water .No soap etc supplied Only towels which was ok.

Kitchen was poorly equipped. No microwave, one pot and pan. No housekeeping for one full week.

Self contained apartment with basic cooking facilities. Nice balcony and double bed with toilet and shower inside. Good location

The room and furniture.not in the best condition. Electric kettle power cord too short to reach the outlet from the kitchen counter and no stovetop at all though I think there was one in the marketing pictures. Nothing too bad but not exactly perfect either.

Nice and helpful staff. The room was functional and the elevator worked almost the whole time. AC worked and kept the room cool though it was noisy

Kithchen appliances were dirty and utensils needed washing first

Its old so you get what you pay for. We arrived and our room smelt of smoke and the tables had ash and coffee stains all over them. . We stayed one week and they didn't even clean the room even though we asked them too. This place needs a really good deep clean

Pretty good place to stay longer term with family or to work and also for short vacation for people who like to cook themselves (at least the apartment I got had everything for that) - it is pretty massive old school building, not. fancy new one but very stable and high quality. All things worked pretty much and felt like home and old good western style of 80-90s which I like. If you need something super modern and fancy - don't pick it and complain. Also if you get used to misuse the planet with every day cleaning and changing towels and leaner - not your choice ether. If you are like me and like to be left alone until you ask for the service - it is your place. And this is really cool place with awesome stuff. They will do everything for you - you just need to ask and be a good citizen of the world ))

Old building and rooms but all is very nice and convinient. Cute area with pool and bar. Lot of parking space around. Kitchen with all cooking stuff. Clean and safity. Size of rooms is so cool - its are big.

The lift was really small only 3 people could fit in it.The wifi connection was really slow my children had to sit close to the outside door in order to use WiFi. The stove top was old and dirty and difficult to use.There was only one AC in the living room, the 2 bedroom had no AC so it was really hot all day in the rooms.After swimming there was wet footprints all over the pool all day so one must be cautious when walking around.

I liked the swimming pool,my family really enjoyed it.There was a child pool for small children.The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel had shops and restaurants.
