Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RussiaIt is not negative but more to focus on some details which someone could find important. There is no shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc in the apartments. But you always can bring them with you or buy these things in the supermarket nearby (5-minutes walk). There is no bar or restaurant on the territory but it makes the place very quiet indeed.
Flower Villa Apart is a very beautiful place which is really green and flowerful. There is also cute turtle who lives in the villa, it likes to eat peaches, other fruits, leaves and grass under the trees. Children were very happy. Flower Villa Apart is a very quiet, safe and calm place with a friendful atmosphere. The pool appeared larger than on photos and is very good to refresh during a day. Our apartments (we think they all are the same) were quite spacious with balconies (we were at the second floor) and comfortable for six people (two bedrooms and one living room). Cleaning, change of bed-clothes and towels was three times a week. Kitchen in the apartment has all the necessary kits for cooking. If you don’t have something simply ask Ata (hotelier). We usually have a breakfast and a lunch in the apartments, in case of need Ata provided us with oven too. You can also buy a big jug of water (19 liters) from Ata for a very fair price and there is a pomp for it in the room. Apartments are close to the bazaar with fresh food (every Monday), different restaurants and supermarkets, all the needed is in 10-15 minutes walk. We personally want to thank Ata who is a very open-minded, kind, friendly and hospitable man. We have a very unpleasant incident with our transfer to the hotel and he was always on the line and helped us to resolve the problem in a very good and calm way. He always stayed in touch, answered our questions, assisted us with visiting supermarket, bring us here and helped us to buy some food (all the stickers were in Turkish), recommended us different interesting activities, good restaurants etc. We understand that our stay in Kemer could be less comfortable without Ata and his recommendations. Finally, I forgot my mobile phone in the transfer to the airport and Ata helped to return it to me in other country. We understand that Villa is the best value for money and very suitable for our concept of vacation, we want to return to this beautiful place.

Czech RepublicOur family with 3 children stayed in the Flower Villa for 1 week. It was a lovely time! The place is very well located: only 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to playground, 5 minutes to shops and restaurants, main tourists street and embarkment. The apartment is spacious and clean. Change of towels and cleaning was every 2-3 days. The place itself is beautiful and green, has lovely trees and nice deep pool, children loved it. The owner of Villa is very friendly, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the family atmosphere in this place!

SwitzerlandCooking was not easy because the stove was relatively small and slow. But finally, I was happy about it, because there were many restaurants everywhere with delicious food and reasonable prices. So forget about cooking and relax.
Ata, who is keeping this hotel, is a friendly guy. He helped us to plan our trips around Kemer. His advice made our vacation more interesting and saturated. If you don't look for all-inclusive and like the independent style of holiday, this location and service should be appropriate for you. There are enough parking places near the hotel. Ata, Thank you for your hospitality one more time.

EstoniaThe apartaments is a little bit old, and needs a bit restorations, but the size of it and the owner of the apartaments, cover this issues. But everything was clean and nice.
Host owner is super, Ata helped with all questions and do everything that we asked and even that we did not asked! Very good location, very closed to the sea and the central streets. Helped with transfer to and from airport. Also helped with local sim card and all other questions. Drived us to the shop and helped with the choice of food and bevarages. Towels and bedlinnen have been changed every 2-3 days, and also cleaning was every 2-3 days.

UkraineWe rented 1 apartment on the second floor with a beautiful street view, but it wasn't noisy because the villa is on a quiet street, 5 min on the way to the sea! It's a warm and nice place to spend a few days of vacation. The yard is a beautiful garden with lots of flowers, pomegranate and orange trees. The owner Ata always provided support and helped with information about local cafes and restaurants, possible places to go, etc. Also he kindly invited us to taste local coffee, sweets, cheese and drinks! It's a simple and cozy place for modest rest!

Germany1. The apartment, at least the one we lived in, is in need of renovation. Especially the toilet and kitchen. It’s just unpleasant to be in the kitchen and toilet and you want to get out as soon as possible. The lock on the toilet didn't work. The shower was constantly leaking water across the bathroom floor. And had to constantly wipe the water from the floor. 2. There is just a rusty refrigerator in the kitchen, which is simply impossible to touch. It's hard to imagine what this could be in an apartment for rent to people. 3. There is only one air conditioner in the whole apartment in the big room. It worked powerfully enough, but only cool air was circulated into the bedrooms if the doors were open. It was most inconvenient that the bedroom doors had to be open all the time, otherwise the room would be stuffy. 4. The internet only worked in the bedrooms. We needed to work for several days and it was difficult to do it in a large room at the table
1. The most friendly owner of the apartments. Welcomes his guests, polite and friendly. On the day of arrival, he offers his services - he takes guests to the store so that you can buy something for yourself and not carry products in your hands. 2. There was a terribly old stove in the apartment (a pot of water could not warm up for more than 30 minutes), we asked if it was possible to change it - changed it the next day 3. The owner kindly treated us to Turkish coffee, homemade pie and meatballs. It was also very nice 4. The location of the apartments is very convenient. To the beach - a couple of minutes, to the main walking street - two minutes 5. The apartment was cleaned every two days. Cleaning took out the trash, changed the towels 6. The apartment had a great little terrace 7. Beds are comfortable for sleeping
