Our stay was very comftable at the hotel.The decoration is amazing in every single detail from colors of the wall paints to the clean area you feel home .It's very calm and best choice if you want to relax and in the same time to go our and do activities .

Room is very small

Good location is in the city center. A lot of tourist shops around. However It is 20 min by foot to the seaside (as a bonus, hotel can transfer you by car to the beach upon request). Hotel has reservation for hotel's guests on the beach Qualista. You will have for free king size bad on a beach under the trees. It was amazing. Breakfast was good but all food was the same each day. Beddings and towel were white and perfectly clean. Manager speaks English and Russian.

I ordered chicken fajita and received chicken with vegetables in a plate and uncooked dough. Chicken tasted ok but it was not fajita. And serving uncooked dough (yufka in turkish) was absurd.

The staff was very considerate. They made us feel like home. We didn't use the pool but the beach club they had aggrement with was quite nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Elegance. Our host Oguz was really wonderful, he spoke perfect English and was very kind and hospitable throughout our stay. Having a small little balcony was a huge bonus for me. All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is within walking distance to a range of beautiful beaches and it is convenient to walk everywhere.

Can't recommend enough, loved that it was smaller not busy at all, most of the time we had pool to ourselves, water toys around the pool is great bonus. Amazing receptionist, very helpful as so as the other members of staff, would do first and last for you, rooms/bathroom/fridge are very clean. Good size room, spacy bathroom with huge shower , extra bonus Turkish bath, great food, water, juices, coffee and tea on offer all day long. Would definitely go back

The reception is so welcoming (Oguz and Aymelek), they did their best to make us happy during our holiday. Awesome staff overall!! Facility is very good, hotel pool is large, sauna and Turkish bath is in use for anytime required.

When we checked in, there was a delay and we had to move from one room to another because the bathroom door didn't close. We checked in late in the evening, but the issue was solved on the same day. One thing to keep in mind is that, if your hair is dyed, there is a chance the chemicals used in the pool water may cause the dye to come off. If it does, and the pillow covers or bed covers get stained, you'll be asked to pay an extra fee.

This was our second stay here. We liked the fact that it's in a quiet area, and that parking is usually easy to find. The food was good, both at breakfast and at dinner. The pool was clean and the pool area is quiet and one can relax there. One special mention to the staff from the pool bar/restaurant, they went the extra mile to make us feel good.

The only thing I gave 9 stars instead of 10 was a very cold swimming pool. My husband wanted to swim there with our baby, but it was much colder than the sea.

I travelled with my 6-month-old son. The attitude and help of the hotel stuff was amazingly warm. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. The suppers were always different and very tasty, with a lot of fruits. Sauna and steam bath was included and helped to rest. The cooperation with Qualista beach is also very nice (take swim glasses to enjoy fish!). The guys at the beach were also veru friendly and allowed us to take a bed in shadow because of the baby :) The Hotel is situated perfectly, 2 walk minutes from the main street but in a quite place. I liked a lot an attention to details: we got a room on the first floor, so that we did not need to use stairs (perfect for buggy). In the room there was a jasmin-aroma, balcony and a special hacks there for a wet clothes. Charging phone near bed. Small lights everywhere in the room. Free-of-charge baby bed near our bed. Tee, caffee and water free of charge. I plan to come again.

The hotel has a shuttle service to the beach, but it was not very reliable; i.e. it was not available every day.

The staff were always kind and attentive to us. The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms are small but super comfy. The hotel is right in the middle of the city center, so many great restaurants are just a few minutes away.

The room was spacious enough and very clean. It's quiet! Which makes it so different (in a good way!) in comparison to the majority of all-inclusive Kemer hotels. Nice little pool. Perfect during the day when it's just too hot at the beach (there were always some shady places in the water where you could hide from the sun). About 20-25 min. walk to the beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests (it is not at the front line of the beach, but were good enough and quite close to the water - come a bit earlier, if you want to get sunbeds with umbrellas).

Unfortunately, there are some shortcomings in the hotel, which I think can be easily eliminated and the rating can be increased. Among the shortcomings: very poor WiFi in the room, incomprehensible operation of the mini-bar, which does not make sense (as it turns out, it only works at certain hours and only if the key is inserted in the room, there is no electricity without a key), personal shortcomings for me were very uncomfortable pillows and remote location to the beach.

Came here for 3 days from Antalya to celebrate a birthday. There were some misunderstandings related to the fact that the description on the booking indicated spa and massage services, but in reality this was not the case. Fortunately, the management did not lose their heads and did everything not to spoil my birthday. The interest of the management and staff is worthy of all praise, for which I am especially grateful! Also of the pluses worth noting free tea, coffee, juices and cleanliness in the room. Recommended to visit! Thank you!

Very good hotel in Antalya. The Staff working there is incredibly helpful and nice, they helped me to give my couple a surprise for her birthday, bought a cake and even sang happy birthday for her, very nice. Room was big and clean, toilet too. Breakfast had lot of variety and we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot too. In addition the hotel give you free access to one private beach there that despite loud music is nice (all beaches there are private, and the one from hotel is sand beach, not stones one like others). I really recommend this hotel for nice stay in Kemer, also pretty close to center and to the beach.
