The rooms, the fitness centre, the fitness classes the bathrobes and the staff. The food was incredible and the cocktails fantastic.

Saudi Arabiathe water slide the longest one wasn’t safe for me , unfortunately it hits my back and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my vacation. I’m still hurting, the pain is a nightmare . But I will definitely come back to NG again and again.
Everything was perfect. the view was breathtaking, the facilities, food, very clean and modern room. I celebrated my birthday at NG . The did everything to make my day!. Free dinner at A la cart, free room upgrade, free room decoration. Thank you so much to Oksana and the rest of the team. I will definitely come back to this paradise again !

The service at the Ng Phaselis hotel is truly amazing. Guests have access to a WhatsApp group with a hotel assistant who is available to take care of all their needs. The staff members are courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist in any way possible. Furthermore, guests receive a free upgrade to a sea view room which is highly appreciated. For families with kids, the hotel offers a wonderful kids club that provides excellent care for the little ones. Kids who are 4 years old or older can stay unsupervised which allowed us to relax. Special thanks to Melissa, Deniz, and Marina, who were extra amazing with our girls. There’s also number of pools including a indoor heated pool, water park and arcade with video games - needles to say our kids never got bored. For guests traveling with babies, the hotel is well-equipped with baby equipment in the room, and there is a fridge with baby food in the main restaurant, making it very comfortable for parents with babies. However, there are a few minor points for improvement that could make the hotel even better. The vegetarian selection is limited and not very diverse outside the main restaurant. Additionally, most of the special restaurants require extra payment, which was not clear from the official website. Overall, the Ng Phaselis hotel provides excellent value for money, and guests are sure to have a memorable and comfortable stay. It's a great choice for families with kids. I would definitely return to the Ng Phaselis hotel and recommend it to others.

IsraelOne major and incomprehensible problem. The air conditioner in the room only worked for heating and it was not comfortable to sleep at night. I asked to change the air conditioner to cooling and was told that the air conditioner is central throughout the hotel and I should open the balcony door so that air can enter. I couldn't understand the logic. in every hotel I've been till today, the air conditioner has always been able to change heat or cold according to my mood.

UzbekistanThere was problem with accommodation. When I booked Deluxe Room Sea View there was choice of twin beds. I went with my friend. But actually there is no one Deluxe Sea View Room has twin beds in it. They offered us another room with twin beds on third floor that was low ceiling and less area (30 sq. m, we booked 42 sq. m) and bad view to the Sea. We refused. At the and they placed us Deluxe Sea View Double Room and put one single bed in. So we had one double bad and one single bad. I would ask Sales Department to change to the information that there is no Deluxe Room Sea View with bed choice, just Double

Germany- There is a Doctor during a reduced time but under a fee (not cheap) - There are shops to buy clothes, to cut your hair, etc. but not a pharmacy to buy basic first aid things or medicaments. However, you can order them at the hotel and they will deliver them to you in a short time for a reasonable price - At the SPA they do not provide bathrobes (unless you go to the private SPA area or book a massage or treatment - under a fee), you need to take yours from the room - The orange juice did not look like fresh-squeezed orange juice to me, which I would expect for a 5 * hotel of this characteristic - The service in the pool was sometimes very slow, maybe they could schedule more personnel for that
