- more variety of beverages included in the all inclusive price ( alcoholic and not alcoholic), like juices in the bottles instead of from the machine, which was really sweet and not 100%juice.

I wish there are more then only one room key. WiFi in the room was not good enough if you are planning to work but was fine for regular browsing and was better in the hallway. Also there was a WiFi on the beach.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The beach is very close - just 5 minutes walk. We arrived very late at night and the hotel provided a dinner for us - it was a nice surprise especially with small kids. Food was good: a lot of vegetables and fruits. Rooms have a good outside sound isolation - when balcony door is closed loud music does not interrupt sleeping. It's not so good sound proof from people walking in the hallway but it was very quiet during our stay. Powerful and noseless air conditioning in each room. Nice spa with a massage and a Turkish bath. Overall, the hotel did not feel as overcrowded and that was also nice.

The music at the beach bar, come on, 2 songs in a loop is weak. They changed it/improved it some times, but those two songs came back every day. Also it was early season, mostly older tourists or families: really not necessary to blast party music all day long. Communication in English was very hard. Basically if you don't speak Russian or Turkish it will be rather hard to find anyone that you can speak to at reception, the restaurant or the bar. Vegetarian options can be a bit lacking but you won't starve and still find a few nice things. Would be great if e.g. the freshly made Pide would just drop the weird chicken mince and be always vegetarian. The fish at the restaurant was some very bony very salty small white fish most of the time, not very tasty. Unfortunately there was no pier at the hotel beach and the neighbor hotel didn't want us to use theirs for jumping.

The "Villa" (well, one small apartment in a bigger villa, but anyway), was a great combination of all-inclusive convenience and calm evenings and low noise. For those who really don't want to be bother by evening animation or stuff like this it's great! Especially nice in the early season as only one other apartment was rented out in the house. It's around a 4min walk from the hotel and around twice as long from the beach. Freshly made Pide at the restaurant every day, yummy. In some rare cases they had fresh grilled whole fish or salmon, which was delicious! Room cleaning every second day. They told us it's "on request" but they still came ever 2 days, which was not necessary but always good at least. The hotel beach is quite decent, not too full and stuffed (a lot better than what you see in Kemer center). Bar and snacks are very close, a few broken sunbeds but they got replaced shortly. Bonus in Turkey: There was a beach cat that just hung out with us for a bit almost every day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, just a short distance from a beautiful private beach. It’s incredibly convenient and makes for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The hotel is very clean, which I greatly appreciated. Everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were exceptional—always friendly and eager to help. Their warm and professional demeanor really enhanced my stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic food. The chef is truly outstanding, offering delicious dishes with fresh and flavorful vegetables. Every meal was a delight. The spa facilities are top-notch, particularly the Hammam and the massages. I highly recommend booking a session with Ali and Kazim, who are amazing massage therapists and physiotherapists. The Spa manager, Bilal, was always helpful and greeted us with a smile, making the experience even better. The beach was clean and well-kept, with plenty of loungers available at all times. This made it easy to find a spot to relax by the sea. The pool was also a standout feature, being cleaned daily to ensure a pleasant swimming experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It offers everything you need for a perfect getaway.

I realise the bulk of the tourism in the area is Russian however As an English speaking guest it was extremely difficult to ask a question at reception or order something from the bar / pool bar / beach bar. We were not on the all inclusive so we tried to order different things to try out. It was a little frustrating but didn’t spoil our holiday at all. The location of the hotel is awesome in terms of the beach, however the rooms are not soundproofed, the hotel next door is really loud most nights, so it’s hard to sleep before 1am. It does stop! Some tea and coffee in the room would make such a difference.

The hotel is clean, well located in terms of the beach and it’s included as a pickup point for the excursions that are offered in Kemer which made a difference for us. A really lovely hotel.

1. WiFi in the room - tragic, didnt work most of the time. Literally opening a website was a 5 minut job 2. Breakfast - various cheese, egg and vegetable. But really nothing sweet. I would appreciate for example pancakes, some cakes, brioche or something like that 3. Gym - really small and poor equiped Well basically everyone was speaking to us in Russian and this is kindly disrespectful knowing history of Poland. I know that 90% of turists were from Russia but considering war at Ukraine and the gravity of situation would be nice to use English more often or double version at least

The food was quite disappointing. Drinks were served in plastic cups! The food's serving time was quite short. Some of the staff were not treating people professionally.

The location was exceptional. The front desk staff were so helpful. It was clean and tidy. The shows were interesting.

We spent 11 days at the hotel. The people who working here are exceptional, they are looking for every wishes you have and making it true! The room was ok and comfy, the cleaning was very good every day. Fresh towels every day. The food was all inclusive 5-6 different meals every day, at night there is at least 8. Lot of different dessert(10+), many many fruits. More then 10+ different salad variety. The staff is constantly working, no big queues, they are very hard working. Excellent service. All bars are lovely, very good coctails. We loved it, and will definitely come again! The music at the beach bar was way over the top and for us spoilt the relaxing time spent at the beach

From start to finish we could not have asked for more. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all exceptional. The hotel from top to bottom was spotlessly clean I had a birthday during our stay and the staff laid out a fantastic table with fresh flowers, wine in a cooler and cake with candles and sparklers at the end of the evening.

A very good and comfortable hotel, relatively close to the beach. The food is very tasty and varied and the staff is extremely kind. The hotel offers a varied entertainment program, with sports games on the beach and at the pool, respectively entertainment every evening at the hotel. Free drinks of several types are offered on the beach, at the meals, at the pool and in the evening.The relaxation is total!!

The only drawbacks were the shabby gym (some pieces of equipment were not even working) and the fact that people could smoke everywhere, e.g. by the pool, near the gym, at the balcony in the lobby, so the smell was unbearable most of the time.

We had a very good stay (the food, room cleanliness, coffees/teas/water at the beach, the beach a nice walk away from the hotel, the view on to mountains).

We liked the beach, the sea and hotel team who always helped us to make our stay and holiday comfortable. We were a big group with small kids. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The buffet was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved relaxing by the pool on the comfortable chaise lounges. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.
