Some were helpful, while others were difficult to communicate with. Levant (Lifeguard) at resort was extremely kind and helpful, a very pleasant person! Always greeted with a smile, I wish more were as cheerful.”

Excellent location on the beach, very stylish and new place. View from the room was spectacular! Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast by the sea was great.

Had a very nice stay,staff were friendly and accomodating,room was spotless with an excellent view and a big walk-in shower was also a big plus.Great location nice to go for a nice evening walk to the restaurants along the boulevard.Also did the 3 day SPA massage treatment which i really enjoyed.A nice end to my holiday after 4 hectic but also interesting and enjoyable days in Istanbul.

Comfortable, spacious rooms, with seaview. Especially nice the one which is downstairs with straight access to the pool near your door. Very friendly multi language speaking staff. Great comfort in general. Good breakfast, the best club of Alaniya on the facility. Definitely worth it

The staff sometimes are too stuck to the rules (as they get it) and this can be annoying and disappointing.

This is our second visit to Day One. The hotel has the best location in Alanya, it's right on the beach and you can literally fall asleep to the sound of sea waves. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Very good breakfast on the beach.

Exceptional stay, this hotel is extremely stylish and equipped with an amazing beachfront location. Definitely the finest hotel we've stayed at & amazing value for money. Service was generally good but at certain point it was not 5 star level. At breakfast drink service was too slow - you could not get even juice yourself. Some of the stuff didn't understand English very well. Also it seemed difficult for someone to smile even a little. Private pool in our room was almost unuseful, it was very small and on the shade. Wifi was quite bad.

Breakfast is good quality but little variation.

Friendly, helpful staff. Classy guests. Great vibe. Room layout. Quality bed, with a firm mattress. Great sea view. Extremely well maintained resort. Alanya is a great location; hotel is 2.5km to the edge of proper downtown; perfect for me.

Sometimes the restaurant room service orders went wrong but everything was always cleared up. There was a lot of expansion construction going on the area because the holiday season is about to start. The room wasn't soundproof so the sounds of traffic could be heard during the night.

Our bedroom opened to the terrace by the pool and had a lovely view of the ocean, harbour and castle walls. The hotel had a fantastic gym with enough options with machines, plates and dumbells for a seasoned gym goer to get all of my workouts done. The gym also had complimentary towels, chilled water bottles and A/C. The hotel spa had great packages which could be customized to everyone's needs and wants. The restaurant had affordable, delicious meals throughout the day, which could be ordered to the terrace via room service or to the sunning bed area. The reception staff was helpful and fulfilled our every wish.

Would have been nice & appreciated to have luggage carriers arranged especially when you have a suite reserved since it’s situated on the 1st floor.

Lovely cozy, modern and stylish hotel. Amazing views of the sea and the side cliff. Clean and comfortable spacious rooms and great facilities. Staff were lovely and friendly and made sure we were supported with our requests. Delicious, appetising meals and beverages👌🏾 The hotel holds live buzzing Dj entertainments, themed parties and we had an absolute blast Atil is such a Vibe and he made sure we had an enjoyable experience.

Stayed in a room with private terrace. Great night view of the castle surrounded by lights. Helpful staff with twice a day service. And really fancy restaurant with big selection of fish and meat. Breakfast also well served. Night dj at the restaurant also deserves a praise

Around 3.5km away from the main town area, too far to walk but around 7-10 minute taxi ride which isnt bad

Extremely clean and modern hotel right on the beach. Well looked after by the staff ensuring my stay was without issues. Room were as advertised, very spacious with an excellent bathroom, including a huge walk in shower. Property included breakfast, which again was amazing on each day I stayed here

This exclusive hotel is right on the beach, with the most spectacular view over the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful rooms decorated in a cool Balinese style. Large and gorgeous Spa and Wellness area, with great treatments and massages from the Balinese staff. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant has amazing food and the interior is very cool and excluse. And to top it off the restaurant also turns into the coolest nightclub with international DJ's🎉😃 We are going here again soon😍☀️

The hotel is exceptional. I am a frequent traveler but haven't been somewhere like this for awhile. Friendly and helpful staff, design of the rooms, delicious food... everything is outstanding. Another important thing to mention is very comfortable beds and pillows. As all rooms are facing towards the sea you can have proper sleep with a sound of waves. I will definitely come back here soon again

A lot of Russians, of course it's not the fault of the hotel but the government policy but still not comfortable feeling. Prices of spa treatments could be lower.

Very comfortable rooms, well equipped gim, luxury spa. Buffet style breakfasts outstanding, planty of vegetarian/vegan options. Super friendly staff.
