The day which we arrived the hotel was very busy and they tried to make three single room to one suite room which is shocked us and we refused, at the end we had our rooms

The timing of the snacks and ice cream shops is not sufficient and makes gap between meals, it closes at 4 o'clock ,the dinner starts 7.30 which makes kids and families feel bored and hungry,,so i hope you may change ,, despite am sure the gap is another preparing time to the staff (staff workes very very hard) also billows were hard not comfortable ,, God bless you all.

Me my family loved the hotel it was super from the first step ( reception) to the last ( beach), Sevilay the manager was very friendly and caring she makes you feel how much she loves her work and customers (professional) she speaks very good English,also the staff in the canteen were helpful and respected, Ayşe the (gözlema)maker was a lovely lady I asked her to make me patates gözleme and she did, it was very tasty, Burcu the young service lady was very clean and friendly,Aşçi,Snca were ready to serve snacks with love and kindness,, ( i hope i wrote the names right ) Staff is the most important in hotels all the way,, the hotel is quite and has the see view from the reception (splendid) food is varied and tasty,, each place in Armas has a pleasant atmosphere of relaxing and happiness,,thanks to everybody in Armas you are hardworking and Allah bless you all and bless Turkyieh my beloved country after 🇯🇴 Jordan..we tried most of 5 stars hotels in kemer really Armas deserve to be one of the best ,,görüşürüz.

The hotel has its own private beach across the road and staff was really helpful. The barmen, Berat, treated us very well.

Hamam didn't work, covered pool was sometimes closed. One slide was out of order. Short list of fruits all days : apple, plum, pear and mandarine. Short list of ice cream: choco, vanilla, strawberry. Table tennis equipment is to change. Free wine is very basic. thou Evening programme for kids starts at 21 (a bit late). Some mosquitos - limites stock of repellents for the rooms. Turkey has a wide range of 5 stars - Armas Labada is among the simple ones, though cozy and with nice ambience thanks to its location and staff

We stayed a week with our grandmothers and a child of 7 years old. The stay was calm and nice for all the group. We had very helpful chef of guest service available by Whatsapp to organise all our needs (thank you for your great job, Margarita!). Clean sea, enough and cozy sunbeds at the beach and around the pool (but the hotel was not fully booked). Great sun covers at the beach. Food is simple and repetitive but our group didn't suffer. In general the hotel is small cozy family size, the village around is very calm and very small also. Kids club has animation, but we didn't try. The hotel is well planned - evening animation zone is separated from the main hotel, so the rooms facing the sea don't have the noise in the evening.

Room service is not brilliant, not so clean in the room.

Staff, transfers, beach, swimming pools, all is perfect, room view is amazing, meal is very diverse and tasty. Especially I would like to highlight the customers satisfaction manager Margarita.

Unfortunately during my stay my phone charger broke and asked guestrealtionship for help. I felt that when she advised me to get in from the store that she doesn't care about my problem. When you are in such a position you should be with a smile and a happy to help face all the time.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful (reception, food & beverage, kitchen). Meal were great and plentay of choice. Entertainment fabolous, especailly the belly dancers.

Rooms were clean but needs little renovation

Clean rooms, really good food with lots of varietis, many snack times during day, good drinks. Also lots of activitys. Sea is really close to the pool, just across tue road and its hotel private beach.

I was staisfied by the beauty of Armas Labada. beach access directly , great Pool . All needed facilities are available. very kind staff and helpful. Finally, I want to express a warm special thanks For customer service manager - Margarita ! really she has a super communication skills, efficiency, professionalism in her job. rare to find someone like her. Also thanks for Vysal ,Tahsin And all staff :) .

I have booked 1 room with three bed 2 twinned and 1 single bed which allows 5 person, but when I arrived hotel, surprised!! Property is not allowing 5 person in one room..İt is caused by booking dot com

Armas Labada was an excellent resort for my family vacation. The moment we stepped in , we knew it was gonna be a nice summer holiday. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel will need facility renovation at some point. Tennis court surface is jumpy; the ball goes too high. It also needs a new net. We used a court in the park near by instead. It’s new, and it has good surface reflection.

The beach is close. Our kids enjoyed water park and swimming pool. High food quality and diversity. The hotel staff was very supportive and welcoming. In general, it’s good value-money combination. There is nice community beach/park near by.
