GermanyStaff talk good Russian but less English. Not so much Turksih food.. more Russian taste food. Room was well maintained but quite small. Hotel offers much more expensive fee than local transport companies for transport between Hotel and Airport.
Very beautiful stone beach, clean water and well designed facilities for bady cars and kids. Very supportive hotel staff, thank you very much. Massage (additional cost) was the best massage I ever had. Thank you very much Cihan bey !

United StatesRestaurant had TOO MANY FLIES. Sometimes unbearable to eat. We complained, and staff did everything they could, but hard to get rid off all of them.

United Kingdomair conditioning in one of the rooms was broken on arrival (fixed quickly); but even when fixed it only barely manages; the room was probably 25° or so with everything turned to “max cooling”; with 33° outdoors. toilets in the public areas could use more regular cleaning. I mean, they were fine but not “5* sparkling”. indoors buffet restaurant gets too noisy at busy time (and outside is way too hot at lunchtime). Sometimes the waiters are slow with the drinks.
Hosts are welcoming and mostly efficient. Nice pool, great slides/aquapark area, pleasant grounds. we had a family suite which was spacious and well thought-out (but beware the stairs if you’re with small kids). Good variety of food. kids club personnel is great.

everything! The staff was fantastic. Mustafa, Mehmet, Simen, Musa, everyone from the cleaning lady to the front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I flew from America for the first time and had probably the best vacation I’ve ever had. The food was excellent, the staff fantastic, the facilities clean and well-maintained. Overall an excellent vacation.

Have many option, the room is so clean and large. Wifi works everywhere so good connection. Animation team is so Great especially Ertaintment manager Mr. Tolga and miss Buket they are so professional. Have good activity, you cant not feel bored here. United Kingdomrooms not soundproof - could hear everything from next door. Customers walking around without mask - the hotel should reinforce the rules. Heavy rain water did not drain well from the balcony, some water escaped into our room.

United Kingdom*I'd like to submit a formal complaint, but I still haven't heard back from the customer support!* Inaccurate Room Information: the hotel was advertised as having 3 single beds on Booking.com, but it only had 2 single beds and a sofa bed. This option could have been specified on Booking.com. This discrepancy significantly influenced my decision and resulted in a significantly higher price to book this hotel compared to alternatives. It also caused inconvenience for my family since the sofa bed did not meet our standards. It was quite expensive for such a disappointing experience. Moreover, the beds themselves were extremely squeaky. The hotel's management's response in all of these cases was that "it is what it is" and they claimed they couldn't do anything about it or offer another room. Booking.com's customer service wasn't helpful either. Overall, it was a poor experience that caused a lot of distress and discomfort for my family Undisclosed Presence of Cats throughout the premises: to our surprise, the hotel had cats roaming freely throughout the premises, including the restaurant, which was not disclosed on Booking.com. This presented a significant challenge since my family members have cat allergies and a fear of cats. Their unexpected presence disrupted our ability to enjoy the all-inclusive dining experience and posed a health hazard. This situation is another clear instance of misadvertisement on the Booking.com website, as it explicitly states that "no pets are allowed in this hotel". Seeing cats in the restaurant is absolutely ridiculous

FranceThis is a typical all inclusive hotel, trying to impress customers with variety rather than quality. Food is mediocre. Dessert buffet is very bad. It gets crowded at meal times and therefore quite loud. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear neighbors footsteps etc Pool is small yet pleasant however with music blasting all day long, it is impossible to have piece and quiet. Seaside is small and cramped. Visitors tend to leave their towels early in the morning to reserve their beach chairs and we couldnt use the pier to sunbathe during our entire stay. Although the hotel claims to have blue flag certification, on the last two days of our stay, the sea was foamy - signs of pollution. Gym is a joke. It is a basement which is open between 8h30-12h and then 14h-18h. One out of the two running machine was broken, the other one had missing buttons and barely worked. There is no dysinfenctant materials to wipe equipment after use and no water. Finally a word about staff. they are either underpaid and unhappy or overworked. In either case quite unfortunate.
Hotel is well planned out, all amenities are conveniently located. Beautiful magnolia trees and various other plants. Hotel seems to take care of stray cats, which is nice. Rooms are spacious. Every meal a big buffet of fresh fruits is served.

United KingdomI recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel in Antalya and unfortunately, I have to say that it was a terrible experience. The meals were absolutely terrible and lacked any sort of taste, and to top it off, the potatoes were undercooked and the fried eggs even had eggshells in them! The walls were paper-thin and not soundproof, which made it impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the neighbors. The biggest issue with the hotel was the fact that there was no access to the spa from the rooms, and guests had to walk through the reception to get there. Furthermore, the pool was overcrowded with noisy and naughty kids, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful swim. To add insult to injury, the tap in the shower was broken and there were no hooks near the shower to hang towels. The spa zone has no rules, customers enter sauna and hamam with their flip-flops on, sit on the benches without any towels, speak loudly to each other and when asked to keep the area quiet, give an abrupt response - 'Leave if you don't like it'. Quiet unpleasant to say the least. Even though the hotel appeared to have good Google ratings, it seems like they are fake and instructed to be written by package holiday organizers (such conversations were overheard in the lounge area by myself). Having tried a number of other AI hotels in different areas of the Antalya Province, I must say that this hotel is definitely not worth the money, and I would advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and peaceful experience.
