I like that the room is beautiful and spacious, clean, and the equipment in the room is ready and easy to use. The staff is available 24 hours a day and there is a tuk tuk that can deliver you near Hong Maya. beautiful swimming pool And there are children's too.

There is a swimming pool for both adults and children. And everything you need is provided. The room is very nice and spacious and soundproof. It has a circular feel, with a small bar in the corner of the room where food can be heated. The food is very delicious. Food is served and I like it.

Staff is professional, caring, polite and very responsive all the time. Rooms are good and modern. The breakfast is really good with lot of options. The bathtub in the bathroom is spacious and good. A lot of tourist options near the hotel and very convinent to travel anywhere from hotel.

Very nice hotel, everything was great but Im a smoker and wasn't allowed to smoke on the balcony or a 5000b fine. I recommend this to non smokers. Smokers u will be annoyed going up and down for a smoke just like me haha 😆

The cleaning of the bathroom is really poor. There is mold on the shower wall and the cleaning staff it is not cleaned regularly. The bathroom is also very dark

There is different hotels we stayed in our trip to Chiang Mai, this hotel was our favorite. Especially is Tuktuk service to Maya mall. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious . The pool area is so beautiful but not biggest. The room view was amazing and saw mountain. The location is steps away from the Maya mall which was a location is shopping to more activities. I will be back in here as soon as. again.
