The door was not closing well, room smell bad, had to change rooms, the staff not very friendly and the only solution was to pay extra for another type of view as they did not have availability for single beds, they should have not charged us as it was not our fault that the door was not working ….

View was spectacular, breakfast was amazing, the room was super clean & maintained that way by the superb housekeeping staff. All in all it was a great 2 weeks.

food in restaurants, could be a lot better considering the price we pay. Surprising central air conditioning is not cooling enough in the nights. Had to complain but nothing changed even after fix. got bit better.

The Sky Bar closes way too early. But I do understand given there are rooms underneath the bar and I suppose previous patrons have complained about noise.

The hotel is beautiful all around. It has great amenities, exceptionally clean, and the surrounding is very picturesque. It also has a Tuk-Tuk shuttle service bringing guests to the town centre and a couple of beaches nearby. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Not yet high season in May. Restaurants not all operating. No hard copy guest literature and the website with menus wasn't working properly all week.

Nice breakfast, good location, lovely views. Slightly odd layout on the side of a steep hill but got used to it.

The bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell. Outside of the breakfast and their french fries, the food wasn't great.

The room was very clean. I loved the balcony and the sea view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top-notch. the best I had during my 18-day European vacation.

One member of staff was extremely rude to us in the restaurant by the swimming pool. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave.

The Tivoli was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for my husbands 50th. I am so very grateful ❤️

Spa was poorly design with coed steam room and sauna and confusing doors. Gym is a jock, consisting of a bunch of treadmills.

The view is spectacular if you have a room with a sea view. Original room that we got was huge with enormous terrace, but no view. After first nights we we moved to the sea view room and it was amazing. The downside was the size of the room, but view was worth it.

I wish the pool had been a bit warmer. Hardly anyone went in. Beautiful to look at but it would have been even nicer if we'd been able to use it.

From the moment we arrived, the valet and front desk staff, especially Gabriela and Ines went above and beyond to give us the most amazing room with an incredible view, quiet and private as well. They also helped with many wonderful recommendations. The hotel was lovely set in a gorgeous, natural setting. The Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a varied selection of hot and cold options.All of the hotel staff from housekeeping to wait staff, were warm, friendly and helpful in any way they could be. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you!

Everything was great. If I was to pick up on one tiny thing it would be that the mugs for the tea and coffee prep in the room were not renewed. I had to ask for that but was swiftly seen to. Q

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I usually stay in LHW hotels however this particular hotel in Carvoeiro was superb. Staff excellent, food delicious and refined, spotless hotel, nothing too much trouble. We had a fantastic break and will book For this summer with the whole family. Great hire for quieter families, a very civilised ambiance.

The only drawback I found at this hotel was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately, we were frequently woken up by guests talking on balconies in the early mornings. Thankfully, earplugs helped block out the noise on this occasion. However, during peak season, this could be a significant concern for light sleepers.

-Breakfast: The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. -Location: The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 10-minute walk to Carvoeiro town and some of the area's most beautiful beaches. Additionally, Algo Seco is conveniently close by. -Room View: We were lucky to have a room with a sea view, which was simply stunning.
