I didn’t like that there’s only one restaurant nearby when the resort restaurant is closed & that reservations were needed for the restaurant. The spa closes too early.

The property itself is very beautiful and clean. There are many pools to chose from which we really enjoyed; as well as the quick walk to the beach. The breakfast at the property is really good. The staff was all very nice, helpful and quick to bring anything missing to the room.

Everything was perfect. The room, location the beach at the bottom of the resort, wow! The staff sp friendly a d helpful, especially in the restaurant at breakfast time the young gentleman. We will definitely be back !

These are very minor things: Jacuzzi not hot. No instructions on how to use fan, blinds and A/C in room. Cleaning staff golf trolleys parked directly outside of the windows of my ground floor room.

It was great!! Friendly staff, professional, kind, helpful, generous, patient. Thank you to all! Blackout blinds, breakfast, access to beach and walking trails, modern bathroom, outdoor pool, beautiful and quiet surroundings, steam room, sauna, outdoor seating at the restaurant, low level gentle music inside restaurant at dinner.

The room is so spacious and the toilet has jet sprayer and bidet, a plus for me. The location is great, it has nice beach access & the 7 hanging valley cliff trail with great view. The restaurant also has good food. Staff are very nice too.. When the whether is not good, I have the facility of the resort to enjoy.

This is more of a heads up since I’ve seen it on some reviews, the property is about a 8-10min drive to the nearest town, we knew this when we booked so it was not an issue for us.

The room was great, the service we received from the time we checked in was amazing. The staff at breakfast and dinner provided great service. Some of the people that stood out were Gabby, Beto and Jessica. I also tried the spa and Paula was amazing, I definitely recommend trying it out.

Free coffee was only on arrival. Would have been nice to replenish it with each room clean.

This is a wonderful site, with incredible staff. The breakfast buffet was good, the restaurant menu excellent, with impeccable service. Access to the Seven Valleys Hanging Trail is right next to the site, and has some of the most dramatic scenery immediately.

Location is a bit off the track and about 15 minute drive into town for restaurants

We were there offseason so limited food services available, however the staff were very accommodating. Very lovely and quiet resort at this time of year
