What a fantastic week we had. The staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We booked the inclusive breakfast and the choice was absolutely outstanding. They catered for all tastes and the options were very generous. We also booked a night in the hotel restaurant which was also great value and very high standard. As for the hotel itself we couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful setting, away from all the chaos and hustle but close enough to take a stroll to the beach within minutes. Great facilities and the spa and pools were great too. Would recommend to any couples wanting a relaxing and aggro-free holiday in the Algarve. The local cave tour is also and absolute must, as is a visit to the beach at Praia da Marinha. Albufeira is also a cheap enough Uber ride up the road if that’s your thing. Infinity pool with service. Roof top bar til mid nite. Very helpful staff. Perfect location between the city and beach. If you don’t like to walk, they have a shuttle. Very clean. NO CHILDREN !!!! Excellent !!

Towels don’t get replaced unless you leave them on the floor. The wardrobe is not very large and the rails are fixed front to back so you can’t reach your clothes very well. The coffee and tea in the rooms is not replenished however there is free tea and coffee in the reception when guests don’t hog it! We never got to use the pool as the younger generation placed towels on sun beds. The busy road noise bothered us at first but we soon got used to it. We arrived on the last day of a music festival and there was some savoury characters staying at the hotel shall we say but they left after a couple of days thankfully!

A beautiful modern clean comfortable hotel. Rooms are bright and airy with lovely large balconies. We booked a superior double, high floor, river view. Could have done with a sun bed or two on the balcony. There as an iron and ironing board available free of charge which is brought to your room. All staff at this hotel are amazing especially the breakfast staff. The rooftop bar is amazing and plays great music. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The hotel is ideally situated close to bars, restaurants, shops and things to do. Take a boat trip or visit the museum on the quay side.

Our second visit to Jupiter Marina and it definitely won't be the last. Hotel and facilities are outstanding. We used the spa area twice during our stay, and it was amazing, so relaxing and so clean. Breakfast was brilliant so much variety. Rooms are big with super comfy beds. We were upgraded and had amazing sunrise views each morning. Rooftop bar is fantastic, so relaxing with fantastic food and service, especially from Gabriel and Diego!!!! The Hotel, facilities and location are amazing but the staff are what really make this Hotel 5 star.........can't wait to return again!

Everything was perfect. The hotel was amazing. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was totally worth it! The location is perfect too. I had the most amazing trip. Will definitely book this hotel again when next I’m in Algarve. Shout out to the staff again. They were all super sweet and amazing !

This was our second stay at this hotel, as its was convenient, and meet our requirements, breakfast had good selection to choose from, rooms nice and Comfy. Nicely laid out, not used the pool, but the rooftop deck/ bar is nice with a great views, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If i had to find a fault- Breakfast needs more of options.

The spa is amazing the treatments and the atmosphere. I loved the roof top bar that was really nice to have in your hotel and cocktails was lovely. I had a junior suite room, it was spacious and very comfortable we had a big balcony which was amazing. Love the swing in the reception.

Lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom, could be better. Also, I stayed on the ground floor close to the lift, so it was quite noisy, especially if you want to stay in bed until late.

Everything was of good quality for a four-star hotel. All new and well-decorated, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and varied and the swimming pool bar in the roof top of the hotel was great and always open for our needs. The location is quite good as it makes it within walking distance of both Portimao downtown and Praia da Rocha.

Our room was located on the 3rd floor, directly under the rooftop bar, so we heard every note of the band until 11:30 PM. Would definitely recommend asking for a lower floor on the side *away* from the pool/bar. Also the process for checking out pool towels was laughably inconvenient (retrieve from the basement spa (when open); return to basement spa within 24 hours, etc). Be sure to retain your return receipt to ensure you're not charged for them by accident (we had no problem but could see that it might be).

Very nice hotel in a great location near Praia Da Rocha, and walking distance to downtown areas. Excellent breakfast buffet with large selection of items. Room was well appointed with large sink and shower. We visited in late September so the vibe was chill and not crowded. Rooftop pool and bar area were very nice.

The spa shoud have more emphasis on massage. I talked to other couples and everyone said (including us), that they were expecting massage more focus on actual massage, mor tense not just soft and relaxing.
