There were some stains on the sofa, but its alright. It didn't affect our experience at the hotel.

I liked that there are charging port at every bed. Everyone had their own charging stations. The beds were very comfortable. it was a perfect size for our group of 6.

Remote check in and very accessible to train station and malls. It was such a comfortable stay.

Modern, very clean and large by Japanese standards. Great location for families of five - 3 young ones (7, 5 and 3 y.o.). Far enough away from the busy markets but still close walk. A park close by. Convenience stores close by. Easy train access. Will stay again next time we are in Tokyo as a home base.

Laundry has to be done at the laundry room but for a small fee. Self storage luggage room is unmanned and a little small so it gets fills up easily and you’ll probably have to stack the luggage on your own. No housekeeping. TV doesn’t work.

Place was super comfortable at a very good location! Short walk to all the busy area yet not noisy at night. Taxi to Keisei ueno was less than 1500¥. Overall for the size and space, it’s a really nice, comfortable and spacious unit.

A little hard to find but once found, it’s easy to remember and find again.

Roomy in contrast to others which can be very tight, Bunk beds for the kids, kitchenette, fully furnished cutlery, nice comfortable beds, pillow, lots of power points and usb points, nice quiet location for a good night sleep, somewhat close to train station and near a 7 eleven store. I hope there were trash collection everyday (although you can ping the service desk and leave outside the front door)

Very spacious and moderately clean. Most utilities are provided and my family loved the living area where we can chat and share the food we bought during the day.

Huge rooms, excellent set out with separate toilet and shower to the vanity. Location is great, close to different train stations. Laundry facilities on site. Surrounded by plenty of foot options. Ueno park is delightful only a 10 min walk away.

Had problems with self check in 1) didn’t get pre check in link and had to chase it down 2) could not call a staff to verify check in on vdo call but luckily a staff walked by and helped.

Great location!!!! Walking ranks to many train stations and Ueno shopping area (Ameyoko market). Room is spacious.

Check in was all online and a bit hit and miss with the wifi. Staff member kept referring us back to the app would have been nice to have had a manual option.

Such a great location, once you get your bearings it is easy access to everything. JR station 5 minute walk away. Nearby market area, zoo and temples in walking distance. Comfy and quiet space to relax each night, spacious, clean and secure.

The digital check in was a little confusing initially. A hotel staff member at the front desk would aid and enhance the digital check in process and also to offer advice or recommendations on the local area and restaurants etc. The onsite washing machines were great to have, although English instructions would have helped. We found another hotel guests dirty clothes and underwear under the bathroom sink in our room, apart from this the apartment was spotless.

We stayed in the Deluxe family room. (Family of 5) which was comfortable and spacious with 5 beds (2 x bunk beds and 1 x queen. Location was good, within walking distance to Ueno train station, Ueno park and Ameyoko shopping district. Convenience store also very close by.
