. The first night, I didn't like my room. I have eyes allergy. As I got into the room, my eyes felt uncomfortable. I booked 2 nights in a standard double room . I even thought about leaving. The next morning, I noticed that the AC was leaking. Water drops coming down nonstop. I called the reception and they gave me a better room on the top floor. This new room changed my view about the hotel. Everything about it was good. Loved it. I stayed the whole day inside. I will always book that room because it made me comfortable and changed my mind about that hotel from the worst to the best .

It's about a 3 minute walk from the train station. The staff explained the hotel rules and were nice. Easy to check in even without speaking Japanese. Place was clean, had private showers and overall quiet and a good place to just sleep after a long day exploring Odaiba.

I'm a warm sleeper, so it was insanely stuffy in my capsule. The floor itself was kept nice and cool, but once I closed up the blinds I had to sleep in my undies. There was a fan inside the capsule that helped a bit, but wasn't true AC.

Very spacious and moderately clean. Most utilities are provided and my family loved the living area where we can chat and share the food we bought during the day.

I hope there were trash collection everyday (although you can ping the service desk and leave outside the front door)

Great view, great breakfast and friendly staff. The onsen are pretty nice and clean and there is no issue to use it with a tattoo.

The bedroom is pretty old fashioned. The tapestry comes unstuck. There was a big stain on a paper door in the room. Honestly it is a bit pricey for a room that needs a real renovation. Also, I was really surprised when I checked out that they, in addition to the price, asked me to pay a fee for the use of the onsen per adult and per day... That should definitely have been said at the checking and not the checkout. That was a big disappointment.

The staff was most uncooperative when it came to an early check-in. Landed at the hotel around 07am after a full-night flight and requested for a check-in by at 12 noon. They told us to return at 12 and check again. But when we returned at 12 they kept on dithering. Eventually around 1 pm they said they'd check us in earlier (by just 1 hour) if an additional payment of 1000 yen was made. I did that as we were desperate to check-in.

Breakfast has quite a lot of variety, but the taste of most foods is very plain. It might be the quality of ingredients or the way of seasoning the food. Also, most food that is supposed to be warm (grilled fish, scrambled eggs, etc.) was not warm at all. Also I don't like that the bathroom had the same faucet for both the shower and the lavatory.
