United States of AmericaOnly a few minor things I wish were different 1) I wish there were 2 bathrooms with 1 being upstarts. Was kind of a pain to have to go downstairs in the middle of the night. 2) there's an automatic motion sensing light in front of the bedroom which you can't turn off (or I couldn't figure out how). If you go to bed later than the other person in the room it can wake up the other person easily. 3) I really wish at least a few of the windows were not frosted so you can see outside, or at least could open the window. The privacy is nice, but we were stuck inside for several days due to typhoon. Without being able to see outside, we couldn't see the conditions, and also it's like cabin fever not being able to see the outside. Would be nice to be able to see out from the room without going outside. The window thing I really didn't like the longer we stayed, but the other issues were very minor. Overall it was still a great place, and I would stay there again because it's a good location and size for the price.
The room and staff were very nice. Room has a good amount of space for family, kitchens was stocked with all utensils and cookware we needed, especially since we were locked down by typhoon and did a lot of cooking. Bathroom is very nice and modern, shower area is huge, very comfortable. Entertainment area was great, nice large tv with access to netflix and other smart tv apps. Couch arms can fold out so it can be used as single bed.

Hong KongWindows are huge but entirely closed which slightly affect the air quality. It is recommended for hotel management to consider to put an air purifier in each room.
House are clean. Places/house nearby are quiet. It is spacious for kids especially there is a giant toys to accompany with. Great place for family with kids!

United States of AmericaMaybe english tutorial for all the remotes that is included within the hotel for A/C units and TV. Everything else was wonderful.
I liked how the rooms itself felt very roomy, to also include our own kitchen helped my wife make herself breafast. Bathroom was very clean, having the toilet another room is smart.
