We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOne member of staff of reception (tall, thin, bald) pretty much completely ignored me and just spoke to my husband, even though I had made the booking. Also in the bathroom a bright light automatically comes on when you enter in the night, which is disruptive.
Great location, super central, and beautiful design. Room was gorgeous and comfortable. Great breakfast too.

United States of AmericaVery expensive but luxury doesn’t come cheap. A woman at the front desk asked me a few times when I was going to check out. I think she was just being kind but it made me feel as if she wanted me to checkout before the 12pm departure time so they could turn over the room. Lastly, I arrived early into Roma at 8am and my room wasn’t ready till 2:30pm, which was before the allotted 3pm check-in time. However, they didn’t have any place where I could freshen up after 16 hours of travel other than a bathroom stall.
Beautiful hotel. Good staff. Very tasty breakfast and free baked goods and treats all day. Room was really nice and bed was super comfortable.

IsraelSince the hotel is located in the historic center of Rome, it was sometimes a little difficult to get a taxi, but the hotel staff did their best. Breakfast buffet is very rich, but the variety hasn't change during the 8 days we stayed.
This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel, at the best location in Rome. Central, yet quiet, Close to many attractions, restaurants, museums , shopping centers and churches. The staff is very generous and helpful. We were upgraded to a larger room with a lot of storage space. We will surely return next time we're in this wonderful city.
