After a very long first international flight, I was exhausted! I had not received my email with the information. My friend/interpreter called the number provided. Ms. Alessandra Tamma came to the apartment and made sure I knew how to use the appliances and utilities and had all codes. What wonderful customer service! I truly believe above and beyond 🙏

She went above and beyond to assist us in every way, from giving us guidance where to go and where to eat from offering us services. Her hospitality went above and beyond and left us with great satisfaction and joy to stay at the apartment. We enjoyed our time there and were grateful to stay in such place.

Friendly staff were accommodating with local recommendations as it was our first time. The view was beautiful I cannot wait to return to warmer weather. The room was equipped with all that was needed. The hotel is so close to the train station as well so carrying your luggage is not too bad.

We had 4 people and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well-appointed and we appreciated having a washer/dryer. The location was very convenient. We could walk to great restaurants, shops and historical sites. The space was furnished nicely and was very up-to-date.

Getting to the parking was somewhat challenging thought the host really tried to make it as convenient as possible.

The room was in a great location. Room as clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Easy to get to restaraunt. Decorated nice. Host went above and beyond to help us with a car issue. Highly recommend. Pictures on bookings are accurate.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - we needed a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night which they arranged for us and packed us a box lunch to take with us!

Some rooms were very cold. There is no balcony or garden access directly from rooms which limitates the complete feeling of being at Tuscany.
