Very clean & very central

There was nothing not to like. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I always do my research when booking a hotel and this hotel was an absolute gem. We were upgraded to the Al Fresco suite which was such a wonderful surprise. The room was spotlessly clean and large with beautiful, tasteful decor and a love bathroom with a big shower. Even the toiletries were great! The breakfast was amazing, there was everything you could have wanted. We made use of the courtyard, such a rare treat in Venice, sitting with an Aperol Spritz after long walks each day. Paola on reception was an absolute star, great with bookings and directions. Highly recommend.

Before arriving, I sent several messages to the property regarding transportation to the hotel, restaurant recommendations and information on booking a water taxi to our cruise ship meeting point. I received timely responses to each inquiry and assistance with bookings. Paula was the first staff member that we met at check-in. She was wonderful - friendly, efficient and welcoming. All staff encounters were positive during our two-day stay. The Palazzo was recently renovated, allowing for modern fixtures while still retaining old world opulence. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced compared to many other hotels considered. The bar and patio were wonderful. The Palazzo is in a good location - easy walking distance to San Marco and the Guggenheim museum - but slightly off the beaten track to allow for some serenity. We would definitely return!

There was nothing not to like. It was fantastic.

The Palazzo Keller is very stylish. The location is in a quiet/brilliant location. St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge & Accadamia Bridge only short walks away. The S’ant Angelo Vaporetto/water taxi station just about a 5 minute walk away. Our stay was a great experience. We must thank all the staff for making it so. Special thanks to Claudia, Giovanni, Gabrielle,the Bell Boy,the housemaid, the breakfast staff & the barman. Grazie Mille. 👍😘

Our staying in Palazzo Keller was great. The hotel is in a beautiful historical building, central but far from the very touristic and busy area. The personnel is exceptionally kind and welcoming; they are caring and truly went one extra mile to ensure our staying was perfect. Breakfast is in a wonderful large room and everything was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed it very much. The room was spotless clean as the rest of the facilities.

Luxury from the moment you walk in. Friendly staff that truly strives to make their customers happy. Rooms are spectacular and we loved that it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

We were on the ground floor - would have been nice to be on an upper floor. We had a very early flight leaving Venice and had arranged a water taxi to the airport, which we confirmed twice. The taxi was late and ultimately we joined another family in their taxi because we were worried it wasn't going to show. It apparently did show up about 20 minutes late, which is not ideal when trying to get the to airport and the water taxi is really your only option at that time of day.

Beautiful new hotel, very nice (although small) room. Very nice bathroom. Daily breakfast included in our stay. Excellent location - very near a water bus stop, close to Accademia Bridge.

Directions on how to get there are very tricky but I think that is just Venice in general

Perfect location to explore all Venice has to offer. Lovely bar area to come home to after a big day of exploring. Wonderful breakfast each morning to start the day off well. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The eggs each morning were served very ‘wet’ which was unappetising. Not the property’s fault but there was a large group of German speaking guests staying who were very obnoxious and loud. Never heard the likes of the volume they kept up across their rooms at midnight.

Good location and friendly staff on reception. Nice and quiet around the property. Staff in the breakfast room were lovely and very helpful. Nice big rooms with contemporary style. Comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Gorgeous toiletries provided. Beautiful old palazzo.
