The carpet in our room needed to be renewed and so the toilet and heaters, which were quiete old. The staff was not so friendly, I think that could highly be improved just by being kind, helpful and with a smile. Board games and cards could have been provided at the bar.

Big and comfortable room. The swimming pool was also big and very nice. Breakfast was the top!

The gaps between the balcony separators in the rooms are somehow wider, small for a kid, or a bigger dog. But my dog was able to sneak through to pay a visit to the neighbours when I just did not see it Luckily I lured him back in. Had to place the bag with pool towels to block the gap :D

The place is 5 minutes drive from the lower town where all the move is happening. And it's perfect for that. Because this family hotel is located on the hill, and the view was amazing. You also get your own balcony, the pets are welcomed and you get everything you need inside. The only thing is, I forgot to ask, and noone provided the WiFi password. I was OK with that since I had the mobile data active in a roaming. It seems they support a lot of local produce and energy/eco contious. So, don't expect plastic bag wrapped slippers for the shower or other facilities. Bring your own.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, well renovated. It is well located near Braies lake, Landro lake and Dobbiago The family room has a nice view. The rooms are comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, with local products and homemade cakes. We recommend the place. It had also a nice pool, small sauna and hammam.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be renewed. The beds are not comfortable. Putting a top over it would be enough to make it softer.

There wasn't really anything that could have been improved. If anything, the beds could have been a bit comfier, but they were still adequate.

Everything was perfect. This was a total retreat.

The huge room with little touches like the quilts arranged in a heart shape. The basket and robes provided for use in the Spa. The haybed and tranquility of the Spa. The lovely, friendly waitress from Trieste. The great bread which you helped yourself too at mealtimes and the jug provided to pour your own water from the tap. The beautiful alpine decorations and flowers, free apples everywhere and a hot drink in the Spa. But best of all was the view from the balcony!

Overall the stay was nice. We just spent a couple of days so we couldn't try all the facilities. I personally didn't like the mattress, too soft for me, but I wouldn't say this is a cons. It's just too personal.

Great location if you want to spend a few days in relax or simply visiting the lake of Braies (around 20 mins by car). The hotel is very typical and offers clean and comfortable rooms. The pool plus sauna and solarium are quite good, nothing so special but clean and free. There's a charge if you want massages, of course, but we didn't ask for them so I don't know the price. I would recommend it.
