Everything was perfect - the pool and garden areas were beautiful

There was some renovations happening next to my room and was a little noisy which I endured for a day however they changed my room upon request.

Staff were exceptional, I was after authentic Balinese vibes and views and it didn’t disappoint. I didn’t want a flashy building with glass panels everywhere otherwise I could have visited my own city locally and seen the same thing. The views, the greenery was second to none.

Main pool was always packed, no free sun lounges Swim up bar had construction right next to it and also construction next door to our villa with workers able to look into our villa pool, the construction was over the weekend aswell so not very relaxing listening to nail guns The villa was $1200 a night so a bit disappointed

The cooked food at the breakfast buffet is not fresh ... on the stale side .. The staff is not always to be seen and does not clear the used plates in a timely manner. The service level at the buffet is at the top end of 4 star hotels and tending towards the bottom end of 5 star ones ... overall the hotel is still great. Just the breakfast.

Not sure what was happening, people could come in and "hire" a pool lounge and use the services. This would be ok and appreciate you need all your income streams but there was a large group of young people, rough looking who consumed a lot of alcohol and really this meant guests didn't have access to pool lo0unges.

Excellent resort, you would think you were in the middle of nowhere (quiet & not crowded) & yet you can step out onto the beach or out the front door and you have all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. Brilliant location

The jacuzzi in my room was not working and some power outlet were loose BUT it does not affect the stay other than the above two points THERE ARE NOTHING we didn’t like

There was maintenance being conducted on the water supply, and on one occasion the tap water was brown in the bathroom. The staff apologised.for the inconvenience and advised to let the tap run for a few minutes to flush out the system. Only a minor issue, everything else was excellent.

The service from staff was friendly and welcoming. There are great facilities and the location is quite central to restaurants and bars.
