Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe pools were small and unsafe. Especially the one on the 11th floor. During my stay, there were a couple of little critters scurrying about on the floors. Soon after I reported it, the hotel staff came to check my room. The tv remote was covered with grime. The bathroom's shower head was dirty, I used the faucet instead. In the shower cubicle, some nooks & crannies were moldy, the floor was clean tho'.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was nice and clean. The AC was working properly. The location was in a cul-de-sac street, therefore, no traffic at all, even though it's located next to Jakarta's main road (Thamrin)

TurkeyThere were several bugs in the room. If you want to cool down a bit in the pool after a long day sightseeing, forget about it.The pool on the roof is closed at 1pm, the other one is 5 pm. Isolation of the room is bad. We were quite close to the elevator, and we could hear everything.

AustraliaNoisey inconsiderate staff laughing and singing and talking loud in the corridors early in the morning which echoes. The washing price was ridiculously expensive. The restaurant food is average The wifi is terrible to the point where you can’t do more than load a website.

Breakfast choices were good. Spacious enuf room. Reception staff receptive and attentive, and willingly accommodated our last minute change of plans. Housekeeping responded very fast for request for bathroom floor mat which was missing.
