The pools were small and unsafe. Especially the one on the 11th floor. During my stay, there were a couple of little critters scurrying about on the floors. Soon after I reported it, the hotel staff came to check my room. The tv remote was covered with grime. The bathroom's shower head was dirty, I used the faucet instead. In the shower cubicle, some nooks & crannies were moldy, the floor was clean tho'.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was nice and clean. The AC was working properly. The location was in a cul-de-sac street, therefore, no traffic at all, even though it's located next to Jakarta's main road (Thamrin)

There's a new and old building. This is not clear from the website. The old building is really much less comfortable. Quite old etc and in a poorer state. It would've been nice if it was clear from booking.

There were several bugs in the room. If you want to cool down a bit in the pool after a long day sightseeing, forget about it.The pool on the roof is closed at 1pm, the other one is 5 pm. Isolation of the room is bad. We were quite close to the elevator, and we could hear everything.

Room needs a little maintenance (floorboards were lifting in a couple of places). A bar fridge would be handy.

Great location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome rooftop bar with nice views, especially at sunset.

There are people hanging around smoking on the same level. The unit does not seems to have been occupied for sometime. The towels are off whites and old. The bedsheet look like it’s left unused for long time and have smell.

The staffs are helpful and polite. Good selection of breakfast. Comfortable bed. Convenient location.

Noisey inconsiderate staff laughing and singing and talking loud in the corridors early in the morning which echoes. The washing price was ridiculously expensive. The restaurant food is average The wifi is terrible to the point where you can’t do more than load a website.

The beds are comfortable.

A bit of smell in toilet. Service in bistro slow, tho there were only 2 tables for dinner. A leaking aircon in the bistro where we were seated. A bit disappointed couldn't get a best-view seat at rooftop at nite...

Breakfast choices were good. Spacious enuf room. Reception staff receptive and attentive, and willingly accommodated our last minute change of plans. Housekeeping responded very fast for request for bathroom floor mat which was missing.

There was mold in the bathroom and it smelled really bad. Unfortunately the Pool times were shorter than described.

Both of the Rooftop Pools were clean and we had a lot of fun in there. The Skyline was beautiful by day & night. Staff was really kind.

Everyting is old not working as it must. In one side of the hotel building the air condition did not work. The breakfast was very poor.

Recurring problems with water pressure and temperature. Staff was very responsive, but every time could solve the problem just temporarily. Maybe it's the issue of top floor..

This hotel has two buildings, so be careful which one you choose. I myself upgradedy room because the old building was not suitable.

The towels were smelly and looks dirty, cleanliness was not good furniture’s looks old and so many stains on the sofas. No kitchenware provide you need to asked many times.breakfast so boring.
