The big wasps : I had a duel with a big wasp trapped in my room, and since I’m allergic it was terrifying! There were also three on the balcony… Also, I felt the service was a bit long, but the staff was so kind and helpful like Aalwan, that it compensated with the latter.

The arrival with the drinks and towels set the tone! The amenities: The decor: the pink in the burger, pancakes, the furniture: it was stunning! The pool was so dreamy especially at night! The room was cosy, the balcony, and the attention to detail: water bottle, the bag, the gifts: what a nice touch and surprise:) The boat, the sunset spot, the fire dancer, the DJ! The vision: adults only! The support to breast cancer! The girly touch: the beauty treatments! What an incredible experience, I’ll definitely come back again!

The color ofcourse;) but very much the staff! I forgot the name of the kind woman serving breakfast and the woman who helped my out by arranging the taxi on Lombok and Nena for sure, doing everything she can help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I extended my stay for one night and was even able to stay in the luxurious room! The Pool is amazing, the suprises are very nice, it is next to the beach, the food is amazing. I know it is a bit more expensive, but for me very well worth it!

This hotel is incredible and by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in. The staff and attention to detail was amazing, we loved every second of our stay. Staying at pink coco also has its perks as you get reserved seating on the beach for sunset and this definitely was useful as it gets busy quickly. The pool area is lovely and is open late, there is also a snack/drinks area which you can help yourself to and note what you had, we loved this. The food was also all lovely and good value for money!

Staying at the PinkCoco Hotel on Gili Trawangan was an unforgettable experience! From the first step into the hotel grounds, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and design in shades of pink, creating a feeling of true paradise. The rooms were cozy, modern and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I was especially pleased with the luxurious terrace overlooking the endless waters. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant, offering gourmet cuisine, pleasantly surprised you with its variety and exquisite taste. I also cannot fail to note the friendly staff, who tried to make our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. PinkCoco Hotel on Gili Trawangan has left an everlasting mark on my heart and I'm already dreaming of a return visit! Thank you for this wonderful experience

We couldn't get the bikes as they had limited numbers so had to walk & rent it from smwhere else. You definitely need a bike to go around on the island, as the hotel is not walkable close to the multiple pubs & restaurants on the island.

Loved the Service, Pool, Massage & the overall feeling in my Grande room. The pool was just out of the room & jump in...the vegetarian food was good & the outside beach area was nice too in the evenings, especially.

I can’t explain how much thought have been placed into this healing journey. Best place so far in Asia. All the staff are incredibly amazing smiling all the time and very compassionate. The three women I dealt with in the reception from check in until today’s checkout are world class hospitality characters. I just feel in love with this whole human experience.

My wife and I loved this place. Absolutely incredible. From the funky decoration to the cleanliness. Spacious room, pool view, comfy bed. Staff always happy and ready to help with anything. The hotel little surprises. Everything was great. We rented bikes and rode all around the island. The hotel is very well located, cycling takes less than 8mins to reach the port area with plenty of restaurants and bars. Amazing place, highly recommend

The pool was not cold and too quite, it would have been nice to play some music during the day. Keep in mind that you can't swim at the beach near the hotel, because the west side of the island is not suitable for swimming.

The hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was quiet, far from the hassle, and it was great to watch sunset. Staff are so lovely, the breakfast was very good and all the food in general was great.

The hotel should have more cycles. In an island where mostly everyone commutes through cycles, the hotel for two days told us about their unavailability of the cycles. As a basic thing, there should be ample cycles for the hotel guests to use

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel and we had extremely positive impressions, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager, Yuni, always made sure that we had everything we needed. the food was super, we had complimentary snacks during day and we could also enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, there is also a spa area, where we received an amazing massage

The room smelt damp and we constantly needed air fresheners which the staff would kindly provide.

I stayed here 8 years ago and the atmosphere is just as amazing, if not better. Aside from the beautiful property, the best part about our stay was the helpful and friendly staff who were always around to assist or offer a poolside snack. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s close to some of the finer restaurants on the island, this is the perfect location with The Pearl, Santi Beach Club and Casa Vintage in walking distance. It’s also a short bike ride (8-10 mins) into town but tucked away enough that you can enjoy the serenity of the island. Make sure you get a massage from Eka or Sri who were the best we encountered on our Bali trip!

Our experience at Pinkcoco Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.
