Good location, very clean, breakfast buffet was pretty good, we had spa treatments during our stay and they were exceptional, late checkin was available, 24/7 room service was very handy since our flight arrived late night and the hotel staff were very easy to contact and they always very helpful and friendly!

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better the shower and hand basin need a proper clean and so does the cups and kettle in the room , there was a film over the surfaces and it had not been thoroughly cleaned .

Staff are very friendly and the lobby and entrance areas and pool are very modern . The spa is excellent. The dining area and breakfast are very good.

Sunbeds at the pool were kind of limited so if you want to make sure you have one, highly recommend you to book the rooms with direct pool access. Soundproofing was not the best as well. Got rudely awaken in the middle of the night by other hotel guests yelling, but i guess we were partly unlucky to have encountered loud hotel guests. Could hear the guests staying above us walking with heavy footsteps as well. Other than that I would definitely choose to stay at Kanvaz again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kanvaz. Warm and hospitable staff from the first day to our last day. Room was spacious enough for 2, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the balcony to chill at. Perfectly situated in the amongst of all the restaurants, cafes and bars. Mini convenience mart right across the street as well. Breakfast was amazing too. Good spread and they do change it up a little everyday. Taste good too!

The hotel was beautiful and very stylish. The rooms were clean and quiet. We were met with staff who made our stay more enjoyable. They exceeded my expectations. We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed the pool and patisserie which was amazing. The buffet had a wonderful assortment of offerings and was delicious. I enjoyed the local cuisine, pastries, and western selections. I would recommend staying here for the attention to detail and the kind hotel staff who were so helpful.

Just a personal thing but for me was weird that the room had only a clothes rack and not one drawer…..the only drawers in the room were two tiny ones at the nightstands.

A very good hotel with friendly staff.we choose one of the lagoon access rooms which was a good decision. The room was one the large side with a big shower.Breakfast was varied and very good.

This Boutique hotel is the BEST! The staff are incredible, warm friendly, customer service is A++++ The pool is simply stunning, the hotel is quite , the gym is good ,the spa is great .Rooms are spotless and the bed is the best made bed I've ever seen.

I understand it's outdoors but we could hardly enjoy laying out our lagoon room as the neighbours were chain smoking pretty much all day everyday & it became quite sickening & absolutely stunk. It should be a non smoking resort. Also the pool is a relaxing vibe & not that big so kids squealing, bomb diving into it really isn't enjoyable. Given its my 5th time you would think there would be some sort of welcome back, incentive etc however there were nothing & they asked if it were my first time, surely their system should tell them its not..

This is my 5th time staying at Kanvaz, it's a very calming place, the staff are lovely & try to be accommodating. The buffet is quite good & the welcome drink is refreshing. The rooms are spacious, good storage areas, bed is comfy & lagoon access is always a bonus.

the attitude of some other guests awards your staff. sometimes there was a machinery noise in the room, could have been the air conditioning but wasn't loud all the time.

Great pool access, loved the pool bean bags. Breakfast choice was amazing and service exceptional. Room was calming and blockout curtains fantastic. Staff were all friendly and went above and beyond our needs.

Lovely hotel, food was very good and I particularly liked the daily yoga sessions. All the staff were so nice and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. In particular the hotel manager Ade was amazing.

We initially stayed in the west side of the resort and it had damp smell and we had to change to the other side of the property. It looks like the lack of sun on the west side has created higher humidity which caused the smell.

This Hotel has great facilities and is well located. We really enjoyed the pool and the small gym. The yoga classes by the morning were a really good plus. Breakfast was really good with plenty of offer and served in a really relaxing and enjoyable set up. Staff was amazing during all our stay. We totally recommend it!
