Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe property is tired, the rooms are just decent - we had leaking ceiling, a bathroom seat that is wobbly, cupboards that won’t close … The lift is also very slow - you have to be patient and not in a rush. You also need to know that sudirman is a very busy area, specifically in front of the hotel - going to the hotel from certain areas are a pain, you will be met with bad traffic and sometimes no taxi wants to take you home as it’s almost impossible to go in and out . On Sunday there’s car free day so again you will be met with no taxis to go out.
The property is conveniently located inside FX mall with easy access to food and supermarket. We got a family suite and it was very spacious for a family of 5 with little kids. Service was wonderful - can’t fault the people.

NorwayThe carpet needs a deep cleaning, also would be great if they could put more lights. It is very dimmed in the evening. Also towel is not very clean, seems they need new towels and bed sheet, they are a bit tired. Our first room was very noisy because it is close to sudirman main road, better to ask for the one heading to GBK.
The location is very strategic! This is my second stay at FX and still love it because it is close to public transport. the staff are helpful and nice. Easy to get food and grocery, taxi, etc.

Good breakfast food, good room, location is very convenient as it is located right at the shopping mall and you can find almost everything that you need at the mall. We had to do several meetings and we were welcomed to use the hotel's restaurant to have the whole-day meeting. Thank you!
