Everything was good, although a mirror on the wall in the smaller bedroom and hooks on the bathroom doors would be good

Location was perfect for visiting the area and transport links good. The cottage is well-equipped, clean and spacious for 4 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit.

Parking, but nothing you could do about that, but wouldn't stop me staying there again though.

I liked the whole house, great to have en suite shower rooms in both bedrooms. Great to have everything you need. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Lovely cosy cottage very close to the centre of the Pocklington village.Comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Two ensuite double bedrooms which was perfect for our group of two couples. Outside space looked lovely but weather was too cold to take advantage of it. Easy to get into York centre with a great park & ride service about 20 minutes drive away

We had to come home.

We had a lovely short stay at the cottage in Pocklington. We were going to the Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta at Castle Howard, so this was an ideal base. The house was lovely and quiet. Very close to some great amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Tv with great selection of channels, comfy sofa, extra comfy beds, 2 amazing powerful showers. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a great private area at the back.

Wolds Cottage is lovely, we were attending a family wedding, we also had a trip into York and it was a perfect base not far from the wedding venue. Communication was spot on and everything was as advertised. Just a very short walk into the village centre. Place was spotless and very well looked after, will definitely book again when we visit family in the future.

The accomodation was roomy and well appointed and the hosts very accomodating when a late change of plans was requested. Arrival and departure was very easy and the proximity to the town and all its benefits is excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

Great value. Great location. Lovely rooms. It had everything you could need. It was so clean. There’s a lovely little patio out the back which has sun on it well into the evening, so we had dinner out the back one night. No problems with parking. 2 doors down from a nice little pub. Tucked away so you don’t get any noise. Railway chip shop was amazing. On an easy to use bus route so going to York was so simple. Lovely market on Tuesday morning.

A full length mirror would have been handy and maybe a hanging rail in the front bedroom. (Definitely not a complaint, just a suggestion)

location was perfect, easy walk into town. Property was very clean and well stocked, everything we needed was provided. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Lovely patio area which unfortunately we couldn't use due to the weather.

Well-equipped, spacious cottage. It was clean, comfortable and even had outdoor area. Ensuites were excellent and facilities were good. Good location for walking into town. York was within easy reach and plenty to do locally. Overall excellent place.

Outside garden pathio set was very dirty and bins smelled. A bit overlooked from neighnours.

There are no negatives to this accomadation good value for money.

Spacious excellent facilities good communication with owners very flexible. Close to shops and cafes absolute treasure. Can't wait for next visit.

Everything good. There isn't dedicated parking but this is made clear at the time of booking and we have never had a problem finding parking on the street.

Great location in the heart of Pocklington which is a small, interesting market town. We have stayed at this property before and have found it comfortable and convenient as a location for visiting nearby places.
