Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are really professional, friendly and welcoming (with a complimentary drink). The room is comfortable and the breakfast is perfect to start a day. This hotel is close to Windsor Castel and Gardens. Perfect for walking around and discovering this wonderful city.

This was our second stay at The Royal Adelaide. The first time we were upgraded to a premier room, unfortunately this wasn’t available this time, the room was a lot smaller and the bathroom was tiny! However, the staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating, they make you feel extremely welcome. The lady on reception told us to book direct next time and they will then, hopefully, be able to confirm an upgrade. A complimentary drink on arrival and a very good breakfast. Excellent location, we love a short walk into town and to walk back after dinner. We would definitely stay there if we visit Windsor for a third time.

United KingdomOur room was as we requested (1 with a window!) Giving constructive criticism - There are no drawers or shelves to put anything away. We were there 3 nights so kept things in our case. No mirror to sit in front of. The loo roll in the bathroom was well out of reach when sitting on the loo!!!! Needed lighting over bathroom mirror for shaving for example. Great to have a heated towel rail but took a while to locate the switch! Very small cups!! Mugs would be better but at least saucer with cups!!! Felt these are important points to share
Breakfasts were very good. Sarah looked after us very well and when we had family join us she quickly arranged tables and made them feel welcome also. Car Parking was a necessity. Lovely big comfy bed

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn’t like as such, what I will say is the trek up and down stairs and across several landings to the top floor was hard work with two suitcases. We were offered assistance with our luggage and with hindsight I would recommend anyone staying in the suites to consider this.
Location was perfect as we were visiting the castle, staff were very friendly particularly the staff in the restaurant and bar. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and a good choice between continental and cooked. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening but the food was very nice.

United KingdomMy room was directly next to the corridor from the reception, with the main door taking customers to their rooms, meaning I had everyone passing my door and opening and closing the door. When you have a dog it would be more suitable to utilise rooms away from the main reception with less footfall. Whilst my dog is pretty calm it did disturb him and consequently myself. If I stayed again I would definitely want a better positioned room with less footfall
Restaurant staff were very accommodating especially as I have a dog which limits access when eating.
