I could not fault anything.

Really impressed with the quality of the hotel, staff efficiency and friendliness, fixtures, fittings, quality food, presentation and cleanliness. The staff work really hard.....including those behind the scenes. It means a lot for staff to care about their work and in this Hotel, it really does show that the staff care. I hope all staff are treated well by the company. They are an asset to you and don't you forget it!!!

Bathroom compact.

Friendly staff. Nice, comfortable lounge. Comfortable bedroom with coffee, tea, biscuits. Shower cap, ear buds, eye masks, one pair slippers- nice little touch of these items. Good choice of food for breakfast. Great location to Venue Cymru.

My only tiny moan would be the basin in our room was tiny and the shelf above it made it difficult to use. Bigger basin or move / lose the shelf

Amazing experience at this hotel, we booked last minute as we had a leak in our caravan we had two dogs I’ve booked through Booking.com but then called them to doublecheck that the room was open to have two dogs which they confirmed. The staff were really friendly Kane and Martin and our stay was perfect from start to finish the breakfast was lovely cooked Rather than buffet made it extra special. The sea facing room was lovely to wake up to the bed was very comfortable and spacious.

We had breakfast in our room. I had scrambled eggs on toast, toast wasn't buttered so I had to scrape the egg off to butter it. This cost £15! I'm annoyed with myself as I should have ordered everything off the menu and then the £15 would have been worth it! Husbands cooked breakfast was tiny but he said it was cooked nice.

The bed was so comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat and lumpy. The room was a really nice sea view, very clean, mini fridge with milk and water Shower was great and the TV was massive. We ate tea in the bar and just had a lot of side dishes, these were cooked wonderfully and were very tasty and presented fantastic The decor of the hotel was beautifully done, we loved our room and would definitely go back. Staff were great too.

The room was on the top floor and the sloping ceiling made it difficult to manoeuvre around one of the twin beds. On our previous stay we had a larger bathroom with a bath. This time we had a very small shower room, which wasn't a problem really for us as we're small, but I can imagine larger people really struggling to use the bathroom easily.

Smartly presented, easy to park close to the front of the hotel for free. Quiet location a pleasant walk along the Promenade from the Pier and main town area. Really liked the coffee machine in the hotel room. Much nicer to be able to make yourself a proper coffee on a morning instead of a sachet of instant!

EV chargers were quite a challenge to use but got there eventually with the help of customer support. Very pleased to be able to charge overnight as we had a long onward journey.

Clean comfortable room with a bath. Very quiet and lovely comfy bed. Our dog was very well catered for. Also has EV parking which was a bonus.

The courtesy and warm welcome by ALL members of the staff. The accomadation was well laid out clean and comfortable. A pleasant and relaxed atmosphire.

Our bathroom was too small, not enough room to wipe your bits. Sink too small to spit in when cleaning your teeth ( too narrow and directly beneath an overhanging mirror ) not a big issue though.

Placed on the seafront, Staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely clean, well appointed rooms.

The Hotel is stunning, beautiful decorated and in a wonderful location. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food is of a high standard and the dining experience was delightfully. Would return in a heartbeat

Bit over priced for what you get, ie room without a view and the bathroom so small tge door can't even open and you have to squeeze round it to get to the toilet

Great location, accessible for disabled, and dog friendly. Food was nice but over priced for what you get
