The restaurant and drinks are quite expensive.

The location was excellent for access to the Snowdon. Free parking was ideal too! Breakfast had a great selection. Loved that we had a bath too after the long climb! The bed was lovely too! Even though it was two different beds, they didn’t come apart and made the double bed extra large!

It’s a bit of a maze and rooms/stairs aren’t very well signposted, we had a fire alarm go off while there and finding the exit was a bit confusing. Easy enough to work out if not in a rush!

It was in a great location, close by to the lake and mountain railway. Feel of the place was nice and welcoming. Staff were helpful. Views from the restaurant are beautiful

Bath needed a clean around overflow pipe and plug. Had black mould but not a big issue

We stayed in an executive room as I am disabled and use a scooter . The room was lovely but the walk in shower had a huge step up which made it unusable for me .

Looked a little dated. Hearing water tank take over 10 minutes to fill up from 7:45am. Sounded like a loud constant running tap when attempting to sleep. Bulb in main lamp not working.

Lots of noise from ceiling and room above...really loud. Also from staff below. Kept me awake and lots of crashing from staff at 4am. sound proofing is really bad. I stayed in room 101, so that's one to avoid. I've stayed in other rooms and can't remember the same issue. Just don't stay in room 101.

Overall great. Staff very kind and friendly. Nice room but could have been cleaner.

Small, cramped, room with no external ventilation. Breakfast was a bit of a bun-fight (due to volume of tour party guests), especially around drinks area and with hot meals.

Good location for what we wanted. Good choices of food for breakfast and dinner.

Like a lot of places in todays financial climate, there where some signs showing that some decorative maintenance is required. If I’d have stayed longer I would have been disappointed, as an adult and luggage in a room thatI felt a little more space would have been appreciated. On saying this I would return to the hotel as it served my purpose and the the staff were friendly, gave quick service at mealtime and made me feel welcome.

We were stationed in the coach park of the hotel and let me tell you as a youngester - you wouldn't like to be an elderly guest, we had to climb numerous flights of steep stairs or walk quite a distance to the main building.

Breakfast and the restaurant was very good. The room and bathroom were clean, with a nice decor. It's close to the Snowdon railway, Doldabarn castle and the lake. A good starting place for snowdonian trekking.

Tired looking hotel, almost head butted the shower door while using the toilet (very compact bathroom). Bar wasn’t open before 3 so couldn’t get a drink or food. Breakfast was mediocre. Bed had a hard line down the middle.

Great location for walking up Snowdon. Plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly.
