As it’s above a club and theres a busy train track next to the hotel it was quite noisy.

We liked the balcony room, staff were really friendly and helpful as there was a problem with the booking going through to them.

Walls are paper thin. you can hear everything from either side. whether it be people just chatting, what they are watching on tv or having sex. The hotel is also right on top of a night club and by the rail line. The club kept me up till very late despite the complimentary ear plugs provided. The train line didn't bother me that much but there were generators from building work opposite the window which started up early.

The location is very close to the station and in a vibrant area. The bed was nice as was the decor and room.

I'd booked for early check in and when I got there no one knew nothing about it They emailed to say I would receive a door code which I never got because I don't have an English phone number And the noise from downstairs was far too loud which they do warn you about but I didn't realise it would sound like I was sleeping in the bar

Not sure about the shower being in full view of the room . The noise was horrendous. Tv didn’t work girl on reception said to ask the person on reception when we came back but there was no one there when we came back so had no tv

Didn’t realise how close the property was to the train lines, right outside room 14 the door opened to the train track being right out there, every few mins a train passes which makes it quite loud without the ear plugs

The room was very noisy - i will give it to the hotel, they do let you know this before arrival. The noise wasn’t too bad, it was the vibrations from the music below making the whole room shake. The people in the room next to us were also very loud with music playing at 6.30am (no fault of the hotel, just to keep in mind when booking) we could also hear their conversation word for word.

It was very different and suiting to the occasion we went to get away and go out and view the nightlife in Leeds city town centre this hotel is perfect for that.

We either stayed the wrong weekend or it's just like this normally but there was alot of fighting and abuse happening on the street directly outside the hotel. There was 4 clubs surrounding the hotel playing until 7am loud music. We saw a noise disclaimer thinking that was the trains and the music from a bar next to the hotel, fine can cope with that, but 4 clubs playing music until 7am isn't what we were expecting. The room would be made better by having your own tea and coffee making facilities inside the room and not in reception. Who wants to go down to a reception to make a coffee in pyjamas??? The stairs and hallways were dirty and unhoovered and very tired looking. Not been cleaned in a while.

The room itself was lovely with a huge walk in shower and trendy decor. The beds were clean and comfortable. Just a shame about the location and entrance (reception) and the route up to the room. There are no lifts.

It was a bit noisy but that's a given for a hotel that's in the middle of nightlife in Leeds City centre. I didn't hear the nightlife so much, but there was a generator opposite my windows that was quite loud, and a lorry reversing that woke me up at 8am. My fault because I forgot I had left the radiator on full blast with a window open. It is above a late night gay bar, and there is a bar next door that's open until 6am. However they did provide earplugs for free. I would have also liked a glass for water, prosecco glasses were provided but these weren't big enough for that hangover thirst.

I stayed in the Priscilla room, blown away by the decor of the room and general vibe of the hotel. I loved the exposed brick and attention to detail. The room was very clean and the shower was powerful and big enough for two people at least. I liked the fact that things like a toothbrush, tampons, a phone charger were supplied with a charge if you really needed them. I didn't pay much more than a budget hotel but I really felt I had so much luxury in one room. I'll definitely be staying again, especially since there's a loyalty scheme for booking direct (thanks to the lady on reception for telling me about this).

Very loud, struggled to get sleep as it was a Friday night and on a busy main road. They did give you ear buds but still really struggled. Only downside! Everything else amazing.

How loud it is at night Our bathroom could’ve done with a deep clean, there was a few hairs and damp smell, however the room overall was tidy
