Breakfast Good I asked the reception to clean the room daily but when I come back at night it still dirty. Next day they cleaned the room and putted dirty towels with Bad smell.

They made the breakfast for you individually and it was good. We did not have to follow the menu that was given and could ask for what we wanted.

We ate dinner there one night as they have a restaurant in the hotel. We Waited for 1 1/2 hours for the meal to arrive. They had said they were bust but this was very extreme. When we were finished and asked about dessert they said that the kitchen had closed. The Nachos that my husband ordered were terrible. My fish and chips were fine.

The Hotel bar area was nice, as was breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was a giant poo in the toilet when I arrived. Not the best start. Also, the gridlocked congestion in Bradford with multiple road closures meant that it took 40 minutes to travel what should have taken five and I ended up abandoning efforts to reach the NCP car park and found the Sunbridge car park, which wasn't very secure and felt uncomfortable leaving my car there. I wouldn't stay here again

They locked glassy doors at 6 pm and made me - 73 years old disabled woman - to stand on my bad knees in the tempered glass boxy prison for 5 minutes, without any way to contact the staff. After 5 minutes, their female receptionist emerged from their private chambers with manager Dionisys Urovsky. He did not apologise, but bragged that he is General Manager, and has a right not to check me in at all (It was pre-paid!). I managed to get a key from the receptionist, but Urovsky did not let me relax anyway, and continued to slam and kick the door of my room.

How load the music is from down stairs but I knew about this before I booked. It’s the location that is fantastic and price.
