bed uncomfortable mattress seen better days & today why using feather pillows these days need to be non allergenic I was using hotel for race location howver due lack sleep was unable to race Also the duvet was to small & did'nt cover the double bed Carpark park is limit and you have to leave your keys at desk i was qouted addional cost £30 per day I found local parking for 3 days for less

Location is great, breakfast littel over priced but alot other options within area, room was ok however bar at end evening empty bottles into outside bin it woke me up, Room over kitchen could smell as ventialtion is on roof room overlooked The hotel is having make over someone needs to check quality of room painting works as wall paint over spilled to white ceiling Mattress need renewing Staff pleasant

Location and Tolerance of the staff. We were a large party with differing expectations and the staff did well catering for all our needs.

Climbing into the bath to have a shower. Floor was vey slippery. Hot tap was stiff. Toilet didn’t flush well. Window blind was broken and we couldn’t open it. Room too dark to see to put make up on due to blind. Too hot overnight, unable to open window, even slightly, until we worked out the air con. Drinks in bar too pricey.

Scaffolding on front of hotel so it was hard to find. Rooms very dark and no view whatsoever.

The breakfast quality is slightly lacking. The sausages and hash browns are not good quality and taste cheap. Was a little disappointing. Having to ask for fried eggs separately and only having scrambled on offer was also disappointing. For the money charged, we were expecting better quality. Also i had pre requested an extra bed to be set up in our room for my daughter but when we arrived it wasn't done so i had to go back downstairs to the main desk and re-request it as the phone in our room didnt work. I then felt extremely awkward having housekeeping arrive and set up the bed whilst we were in the room as it felt like we were watching them but that wasnt the case at all its just there was nowhere else for us to look.

We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Nothing was too much effort, it took us by suprise how helpful the staff were. The place smells lovely all the time and looks really clean. The concierge staff were most helpful and accommodating. Even provided us with chilled water bottles as we left for our long journey home. The hotel is literally in the heart of everything and perfectly situated and we would highly recommend paying for the parking as there is nowhere else to park and this car park is safe and secure and well worth the money.

Bathroom facilities. Hot water jammed the metal plug in the basin. Shower and bath controls were very difficult to understand and manipulate, resulting in me sending much water onto the floor. This needs to be fixed to otherwise give it a much higher score.

Location and efficiency of checking. Not to busy due to size. Good acces to Heathrow by bus or taxi

Cleaners that dont use a door jam just the lock on the doors and as they go in and out Bang Bang Bang and shakes the whole hallway! ...worse if lots of people had moved out that morning!

Great location. Quiet rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice comfortable cosy vibe! Air con works well too.

excellent location, superb breakfast (gluten free) room was upgraded on arrival by ourselves. Overall a great place to stay, excellent location in the heart of Windsor. Easy walk from the train station to hotel.
