We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough down stairs was grand, our room was not! Although we had a sea view the windows were so dirty we could not get a clear view, the bathroom had no towel rail or shelf for our toiletries. Toilet seat was loose.
Downstairs magnificent and as name says Grand, positioning for what we wanted to do was perfect. Shower was good. View was if the beach. Evening entertainment was good.

United KingdomWe were in a room next to the lift and it was very noisy. 4th floor twin sea view. Could have done with more shelves in the bathroom, towel rail and more hooks in the bedroom. TV was hit and miss and cups were hard to clean.

United Kingdomno bath in this room. balcony although accessible did not really look safe to go out on , very rusty. very,very creaky floors. radiators were on but you could not adjust because the caps were either missing or rounded off, luckily the door opened and a very nice sea breeze could come in.
first room given was poor, mattress was terrible, you could feel all the springs. but we were upgraded to a premier room which was much better, good bed, more room. a few faults but not really a problem.

The hotel is in a good location, our room was on the second floor with a sea view. The coffee machine was very good, and when I asked for more coffee pods, they were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
