Nothing for us as everything was perfect as you're not always going to please everyone but at the end of the day for a freestyle hotel can't fault it and all the facilities and definitely value for money staff very friendly even the cleaner as I needed two extra Towers and blesser she gave them to me straight away and what I like sometimes when you stay at a hotel for a couple of days they don't touch your room and when we went out for our birthday with the family we come back in the evening and our room had been done lovely and definitely be staying again when I come down to see the family thank you all so much.

Love the peaceful surrounding definitely Valley for money love to Bar how comfy the Seaton area is and as you walk into the hotel clandiness was very good and superb for me as my family don't live far away so when I'm down I'm always going to do a few days there as the staff will absolutely amazing especially lady sound reception and the night porter who looked after us as well as we did have a little drink in the bath till late when we got down the first night.

Room not what we booked (booked 2 King rooms, got one twin and one double) also not on ground floor as requested. Receptionist attitude regarding this was very poor, quite frankly rude and tried to insist my disabled mother in law sleep on first floor when she cannot use stairs (her words were "its only a couple"). Her colleague intervened and insisted she allocate us a ground floor room.

Friendly barman who was very helpful, as well as the lady working the breakfast. Very good breakfast.

Went down to eat at the restaurant at 7pm was told it didn't open that night till 8.30pm which seemed strange as I saw a couple go in went up to bar at 8.40 asked what time restaurant opened she said it was closed I was gob smacked I said so you opened for 10 mins then they didn't know what to say they probably ran out of food but tell the truth don't have people waiting to eat then tell them it's closed so went to local pub had food there good food go there in future

For the first time we got fried eggs which is a bonus as we only have egg on toast and none of us like scrambled saw someone get a fried egg so asked if we could have one i was saying I've never had a fried egg there the waitress said I should have asked I said I've stayed at the heritage about 10 times since February and when I've asked I was always told no she's not doing them today which she seemed a little surprised about as did the receptionist when I told her why I didn't buy breakfast there went to morrisons down the rd.breakfast was in with my package this time so thought I'd give it a go that's how I know you can get a fried egg now.

The mattress was really uncomfortable and the bathroom was too small. There was quite a bit of dark mould around the bath.

The staff on reception and in the restaurant were really pleasant and helpful. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The room was a really nice size, with plenty storage .

Had a man drunk belt my door dwn to turn tv off he kept banging the wallk I did leave room bciz he was drunk,, and I had 2 singles bed one had to creepy cralles in it ,,they change towels only had one back breakfast was lovely asked foe a frotty coffee and she said she don't have time u can have the other coffee

Wait for staff at receptionist and car park round the back too dark to find the back entrance to hotel..

Had to wait for staff at reception for check in staff nowhere to be seen so had to ask bar staff to find receptionist. Room comfortable and big bathroom clean and adequate. Breakfast was very good, choice of 4 on the manu.would stay here again most definitely.

Having to wait 20 mins to check in with nobody else in reception at the time. Poor breakfast with unhelpful staff Damaged room door frame and lock making the room vulnerable tonfirced entry.

- I booked a king size room but was given a twin - Room was a bit tired looking and in need of some refurbishment - Mouldy bathroom with cracked tiles - Shower leaked on to the bathroom floor - Sheets and towels were clean but stained - No real coffee at breakfast (only instant!)

- Lovely location with ample free parking - Good facilities - Friendly staff - Room was very quiet, even with events on downstairs - Good water pressure in the shower - Sockets by the bed in my room (always a bonus!) - Nice selection at buffet breakfast

The hotel feels dated and could do with some investment, especially in the corridors and bathroom. Cleanliness could be improved, specifically in the bathroom.

A comfortable and affordable bed for the night that provided a good nights sleep. Rooms are spacious and feel modern and breakfast and access to the on-site gym were included but weren't used. Ample parking.

Slight musty smell around the toilet area and the beds need to be upgraded other than that excellent.

The reception was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and friendly , accommodated an early check in as I was going into Cardiff, couldn't have been more helpful. Bar was great on return to hotel, and stayed for lunch the next day which just hit the spot before a very long journey.again the staff service couldn't have been better.

There was a slight issue at check-in (room not ready), but this was only a slight issue and was handled expertly & professionally.

Bathroom- needs updating, bin broken, grouting needed replaced . Only one towel given. Only one sachet of coffee per person supplied
