there was no parasol with the table on the terrace, the terrace was a sun trap, parasol would have given some shade, 2 of the bedroom were very small, no where to place suitcases.

Really nice modern clean lodge , usual caravan size rooms and beds , nice kitchen and dining table , fridge freezer, washing machine , microwave , cooker , dishwasher .hot tub was a bonus , lovely quiet site , visited JJs restaurant the food was lovely and nice atmosphere , Wi-Fi and heating was included aswell as bedding and towels. Looking to visit again

I know that our lodge was not a pet friendly one but I could smell "wet dog" for a while when we first arrived; this could be from the vacuum cleaner that the cleaning staff used prior to our arrival. If the same vac has been used in pet friendly lodges it will just have absorbed that doggy smell which is then left behind after usage. Not a lot to do on site if you're not into golf. The site was absolutely water logged which couldn't be helped after having sooo much rain; bring wellies if weather is very wet.

Excellent accommodation even though we came away in winter. Soon warmed up which was great for when you came out of the hot tub. The lodge is home from home comfort wise and has EVERYTHING you would need but extra towels need to be taken for when you've got kids going in and out of the hot tub every pair of clogs 😊 Beds sooo comfy. The restaurant/bar onsite was great, food lovely.

The lodge was fairly modern but could do with a few updates, the window in the bathroom was broken so couldn’t open the window.

Nice and comfortable with every you need for your stay, one of the twin beds bedding was a bit stained but I think it was clean, hot tub was great, nice location too.

Bathroom window was hanging off and didnt close with a note stuck to it saying "do not use" I felt this was a security risk when we went out. Very cramped around dining area for 8 people. One of the single beds needs replacing as it sinks almost to the floor when you lie on it. These issues didnt spoil our holiday and I feel the presentation was reflected in the price.

There were only 4 chairs for the patio area and we were a large group so the option of more outdoor furniture would have been preferable

The ease of getting keys was fab, we were provided with the code at the check in desk and given all the instructions for the stay at this time. The check in system was very easy overall. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. The lodge itself was open and spacious and finished to a very high standard

nothing not to like, the mattress on the main double bed could do with an upgrade as at the sides particularly we could feel it was uncomfortable/springs sticking out but it was ok, everything else about the lodge made it not matter.

The lodge was freezing on arrival and both bathroom floors were swimming in water, a call to reception and maintenance were there within minutes to rectify. There were 6 of us but only 5 glasses and only one plastic glass (for the hot tub). No "smart" TV. The £200 security deposit took 6 days to refund, yet the lodge was left in excellent condition. With a few tweaks, cushions, throws, smart TV, enough glasses, decent coffee machine... it could be excellent.

The lodge was lovely, good location, parking and the on site restaurant and pizza were excellent. We loved the hot tub.

Nothing I didn’t like - the rooms were a little small for us as we had a little one in a cot. But the payoff is the living space is a great size which we preferred!

The on-site restaurant was exceptional. The lodge finished to a very high standard - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

The bathroom window remains broken from August which I feel should have been fixed prior to arrival and given several other customers had reported the same issue from their stay. The shower tray needs attention, there was no brush and dust pan to clean up which is minor but is needed. There was no duvet cover for the sofa bed duvet. The dining table sat 6 but Lodge is for 8 people? A dining table chair broke and was collected for repair really quickly but was never returned during our stay. Bedding wasn't clean which was disappointing.

location of the lodge was good, it was well equipped in terms of cooking appliances and utensils. The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

the vent to the bathroom was broken and there were nesting birds in the ceiling which were noisy, they appeared to have been nesting there a while as the fledglings were well developed. There weren't enough wine glasses and crockery for an 8 birth van. the outside furniture was broken, 3 of the chairs and the umbrella was held together with cello tape. One of the chairs collapsed from under my child and another under myself resulting in my finger being trapped in the mechanism. One of the dining room chairs was returned to the van after we had got there as it had been getting repaired. However one of the other dining room chairs was broken and couldn't be used. One of the jet casings shot off when we turned the hot tub on for the first time, kept putting it back on but it was faulty so kept coming away. Minor detail but the WiFi password had been written wrong on the chalkboard, but this was quickly sorted by the site staff. Another minor issue was that there was not bottle opener/corkscrew

The team were responsive from prestige and answered any queries or attended the lodge to help when needed.

Lodge wasn't ready to check in until 16:30, on arrival 3 out of the 4 patio chairs were broken and unsafe to use as they collapsed to the floor. Informed reception about this who came to collect the chairs but not able to provide us with replacements for the the whole weekend, so 7 of us girls to share 1 patio chair? Advertised as sleeps 8, with 1 double and 4 single beds, and a double sofa bed. Yet there is no sofa bed just a standard L shape sofa. Again reported to reception but no help from them.

Good location and onsite restaurant/bar. Nicely decorated throughout.

Check in is 4pm which is late considering check out is 10am. We were unable to check in until 4:30pm as the lodge wasn’t ready. The temperature of the hot tub was 34 degrees so it was quite cool. We were unable to alter it.
