Just in room I think I'd benefit from a small fridge to store snacks or drinks. Not essential but my preference.

Very clean, beautiful food and staff were nice, lots of them so everything was taken care of. Bed was very comfy which I was very pleased about. I liked that there was a desk fan in the room as I'm very hot on a night so was put to use.

I think the area outside the buffet room would make a great play area for children, with perhaps a slide and climbing frame. Lots of space, but not a designated play area and I think with it being so welcoming to children that would be the icing on the cake.

Breakfast was great and buffet idea for families was a fantastic concept. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Lots of facilities to suit everyone.

Being down the other end of hotel - filled with you be children with noisy and hearing other children through the walls. When going to dinner I was asked twice if I wanted to go to the buffet restaurant with our children. It made me feel as though we weren’t welcome in the main restaurant. We had zero interest in sitting in the screaming madness of a half term buffet. Having asked to have a taxi organised to the airport - we were given a card for the recommended taxi company to organise ourselves. Very rare that we stay in hotels where reception can’t phone and organise a taxi for your desired time.

The lack of air con in the room was the only negative. The room was very warm and having the window open is loud with the planes taking off so close by.

The facilities, restaurants and staff were all excellent! Even though the hotel was at capacity, it didn’t feel like it.

There was no response to direct email to the hotel, email via booking or phone call. The room was not ready even at 4pm, so they placed us in a different room. The room was similar to a budget hotel. Breakfast was good, but dinner at the buffet was quite unappealing, yet quick and convenient. Pool was nice, but very crowded.

Some of the staff were quite rude and not very helpful, I experienced 3 staff members with disgraceful attitudes and not very polite with customer service.

We have stayed here before and loved it, the rooms are clean and to a great modern standard. The grounds are amazing and so well kept.

The location and grounds. Good for me to come back to the property after many years as I worked for Hayley Conference Centre where I worked as a PA when the property was bought about 20 years ago and we refurbished it… lovely to come back and see it finished

A little bit confuse to find the room from the map. Because we been there with my daughter we should buffet because there was kids food but not a lot of options of food.

Pool was very busy with lots of children. I too had my children with me so I don't have a problem with children using the pool but it was particularly busy. Great if you want to entertain children but less good if you want to swim or relax.

Beautiful grounds. Extensive indoor space with lots of different spaces to sit and relax. Comfortable room - great beds. Able to charge our electric car easily.

We couldn’t work our access to swimming pool. We also noted that the bathroom wasn’t too clean. Reception ladies not too helpful on the day we checked in.

Great location being so close to Windsor and Legoland. Great for us as we travelled into Heathrow airport from Australia so was lovely and close after a long flight.

Our room was incredibly hot. This is obviously a know issue as there was a fan, which unfortunately did not help. So our restful night before travelling wasn't so restful. The soap was very manly. A deep musky smell that stays forever.
