The location is perfect to explore the city center, the property was always clean, the staff were really nice and helpful, we arrived the place quite early before the check-in and they kept safely our belongings while we are exploring the city

Nothing major, but the shower door had come off its rails, and the sliding bathroom door did not slide without great force.

The location was great. The room was modern and clean and spacious. It was well equipped with a big comfortable bed and big TV. I loved the windows with juliet balcony overlooking the streets below. Very happy indeed.

There was nothing I didn't like about this room. The only thing I would recommend to people is to make sure that you put the water above the jets in the jacuzzi. However, this is not a negative comment.

The host was really friendly and approachable. The accommodation is in a central location near to the beach, it was also close to many bars and restaurants. The room was finished to a very high standard, clean throughout and the jacuzzi was just the most perfect addition! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to watch Netflix too. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Spa bath in room 102 needs some maintenance around the taps. People using the spa directly above our room in the middle of the night made sleep difficult for a while.

Excellent location. Plenty of places close by for breakfasts since there is none available in the hotel. The square opposite the hotel with the amazing Moreton Bay Fig trees is a wondrous sight.

The Apartment was spacious and great facilities. The balcony overlooking "mushroom street" was great. Live musicians set up below early evening which was so relaxing to listen to and enjoy. The room facilities were better than expected. We will definitely return.

The rainfall shower head didn’t work. The lift was extremely small, definitely not for the claustrophobic

There were missing tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The location was excellent; the room was spotlessly clean and smelled great as soon as you entered. Not to mention that the bed was huge and super comfortable, and the jacuzzi was even more oversized than I expected; my partner and I were delighted. I recommend it, and we will repeat it for sure!!!!!!!

Plug in Spa bath could do to be replaced as it needed to be wider to prevent it from dislodging & water escaping, although it does fill up very quickly so was ok to refill when necessary.

Booked at last minute easy to communicate with host through booking.com. very helpful. Clean spacious room .Lovely large spa bath. Close to lots of nice bars & restaurants.

Low pressure of Water streams in the jacuzzi. I don’t like the app that I had to use for the room.

Jacuzzi was awesome but a little old. Overall great room. Great city.

Hard to get the doors open the first time, no staff, just phone and an app. Noise rooms, all the doors need oil, as you hear every door opening or closing, room without any seat, just a small sofa. Kitchen without any chair. Neighbour started something noise at midnight, maybe a dryer machine or washing machine, we could not get sleep. Highly priced.

Location is great. Jacuzzi is also fun. Rooms are big.
