The picnic bag that we got in exchange for not having breakfast on the last day because we left early for our flight was very lacking, it would have been nicer to get less bready option, as half of it was a dry baguette sandwich.

Very spacious and modern rooms, relaxing pools, sauna and chilling areas, fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of options for vegetarians. The staff were very helpful, friendly and available 24/7. The hotel is located in a quiet area in Alicante which is great! The hotel is very close to a fantastic beach and there are plenty of trams and buses which go to other parts of Alicante. We had an amazing time here - 10/10!

Breakfast hot foods were cold, but there was plenty of choice for cold breakfasts. Could have done with another coffee machine as there was always a queue for hot drinks.

The pool of the rooftop must be adult only. There is another pool and also a nice area for the kids to play in the water so this pool in the rooftop should be forbidden for kids. And also remember at people to have a shower before going in, would better for the quality of the water. I have 2 kids so I know what I'm talking about.

Cold water in the kiddie pool.

We enjoyed our stay, perfect place to unwind. Staffs are very nice and approachable. Going to the city with bus 21 is easy, bus stops are just steps away from the hotel.

Was difficult to get any drink the first night, except easy ones like wine and beers. Bar stuff on the ground floor didn’t know how to make cocktails without the recipe and were super busy. It got better the other days, so was not a problem anymore.

Clean rooms, nice pool and breakfast. Room had everything we needed, it was cleaned every day. Stuff were very welcoming and helpful. We also could rent a towel for the pool which is super nice opportunity. Hotel was close to the Main Street and the beach. Would definitely come back!

Breakfast was ok, needed better choice of fresh fruit. More coffee machines needed. Queue of 6-7 people constantly through breakfast service. More bar staff in the evening, waited 15 mins to get a drink.

Pool huts needed to be booked separately, not enough parasols for shade at the roof top bar / pool and closes at 6pm during the week. 2 single beds instead of a double.

Pool was over run with kids and there is a kids pool but not many using it a large bucket fills and downpours so I think it's off putting for kids get rid of bucket,bathroom fittings brocken and fridge too small location isn't as close as suggested a change in trams is required to alicante from hollandia line 4 and then line1 to alicante 50 euro taxi from airport to hotel service on buffet very hit and miss was given less than half glass wine when asked room and balcony in corner you can c next door room from your room not great privacy .

Firstly I must say the food is top class fresh and very tasty plenty of fresh meat and fish and vegetables and salads ,super market around corner big one I must say,.rooms are nice spacious and modern, most staff are friendly beach close by sunbeds and parasol 22-50aday at the beach San juan lovely also have a McDonald's there.

The food could be more various.

Location is very good, next to the bus station and 5 min walk to the tram. Room was very comfortable, pools really nice. There is nice little place for smaller kids too.
