Would chose a hotel near to metro next time

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The room could have been maintained a little better. Wall trim was pulling off, floor lamp wasn't straight and poorly positioned next to a table lamp, no drawers. Bathroom was only stocked with body gel. Minimally, shampoo, conditioner and lotion should be standard in rooms.

Close to airport, large room, bathtub, swimming pool, outdoor restaurant/bar service, shuttle to airport.

We had a very early shuttle at 7:30am to the airport, but at 7:15am the breakfast room was so PACKED we were not even able to get a cup of Coffee!!! The staff said it's that way all the time. Breakfast is supposed to be included in the rate we chose, but no matter how early we arrived in the dining room, it was packed. I strongly urge the hotel to have some kind of express Coffee & croissant available for the early grab n go crowd..

Shuttle was easy to locate at the busy airport. Took 7-10 minutes to drive to the hotel. Our room had very comfy king bed and we appreciated the first floor. Bathroom was very clean, included a bidet. Very nice.

Comfortable, quiet, roomy accommodation and free airport shuttle. The staff were most helpful providing information about taking the city bus. There is a pleasant garden in the back of the property as well as a swimming pool.

Too reliant on Uber due to location far away from metro

No toilet brush (I am just wondering why many hotels just ignore them). Not so clear system how to go to the city center (the city tickets are not valid for these buses, but you can pay in cash). Not clear system where to find transfer in the airport (at night Madrid airport was a nightmare with no person to ask, I wish I had more clear instructions with a map from a hotel). Note that transfer to the airport you should book in a hotel in advance (places are limited).

Nice hotel near the airport (but you can reach it only by transfer/car). Clean and comfortable, tasty breakfast.

My room didnt have windows, and it was kind of in the "center" of the building. Some hairs left in the bathroom when I entered, + some candy wrappers near the closet. There was a heavy smoke-smell in the lobby and entrance.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport, and it is also located close-by. It is also within walking distance from shopping and groceries, which is convenient if you need it. Staff was friendly.

The toilet was extremely close to the tub and the rooms are kind of a maze.

The room was nice and the ac worked well. The bed was very comfortable.

Service at the pool wasn’t great - waited a while for a water and a beer.. Food at the hotel was average (maybe I ordered the wrong thing 🤷 )

Food at the restaurant could be better, there is not much else around the hotel.

You had to call to get the transfer service when you arrive to madrid but as an international traveler it wasnt easy, they didnt answer the messages
