How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If you want to park there overnight prices are exorbitant so used a car park nearby for almost quarter of the price
Hotel was easily accessible, rooms clean and nice bar, very modern.

No room cleaning for the entire stay (Monday to Friday). On the last day though, one hour before the check-out time, someone tried to enter the room without even knocking at the door.

The view out of the window is not so nice. you will see a lot of train tracks and many different types of trains. The hotel is far enough from the tracks to get bothered by this and the windows are well isolated.
This hotel is very easy to reach from the central train station. It has a great money for value package. There is a nice hotel bar as well. The hotel beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Great value for a good price. A few minutes walk from the main station but compared to other mid priced hotels in the area this one is really modern and comfortable. Although the windows go out to the train tracks they are perfectly isolated for a good night's sleep.

Be very careful!!! I was contacted by someone pretending to be a hotel employee in the Booking app chat. Oddly enough, he/she knew all the details of my Inc reservation. room price. I was asked to verify my card. Everything seemed authentic and I ended up being charged €270... Now I'm trying to get that amount back from Booking.com.
Location is perfect if you plan to travel by train. The room was nice and quiet.

The window in the room was left open after cleaning multiple times and it was quite cold in the room overall and the settings in the AC didn't seem to help much if at all.
The hotel is nice and modern, exactly what you need for a business trip. The prices are great, the hotel has a garage and is near the railway station. The breakfast wasn't bad, but I've had better.

We did not book any breakfast. The location was ok but for a bit too far for those like us who had walking disabilities. I would however book it for the summer months instead of walking in the dark.

Breakfast rates are a bit on the higher side, though justifies the quality and quantity of items. Extension and checkout was a bit not so smooth.
Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. Staff is generally helpful. Checkin was smooth. Location is plus, as it's a brisk walk from the Hbf

It would be good to have a fridge in the room.
A very comfortable hotel. Very convenient location, close to train and tram connections. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Beds extremely comfortable, great shower and good size room. Convenient bar downstairs. Happy to mind luggage.

Little things like dental kits were not available. It was raining the next morning and they also did not have umbrellas. Theses little things can make a little difference for such a huge hotel. But in all i got the deserved sleep i wanted
Its very close the train station which makes it loads easier to commute. Just right in the Centre so pleasant to do a little day tour and have many stores within a walking distance. My room was comfortable and very clean.

There was an odor of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. I complained at the reception and they promised to check. After that the odor was less but did not dissapear completely. Not sure about the reason. It was the only issue though. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
The hotel is brand new. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Very close to the central train station. Even though the window was facing railways, the room was very quiet. I loved the bed - big and very comfortable. Welcoming staff.

Free wifi was slow and another premium wifi I was asked to pay. If they had Iron box facility it would have been good and they could also allow early check in.
Very central place, cleanliness, rooms were good and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.
