Positive section of review
Central hotel, clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent and the toiletries. Ironing board was really useful after travelling! Staff really helpful especially when one of party was impaired, gave hot water bottle and adjusted dining to help. They were really attentive and want to thank them for their support. Central location in main part of Frankfurt.

Only niggle was declined entrance to rooftop bar on second night (Friday) as private function. We picked the hotel because of the rooftop bar and if this is a regular occurrence they should state that. My husband was quite disappointed and we couldn’t use the bar cards as a result of being denied entry even though hotel residents.

Excellent apartment with all facilities that we need for one week stay. Cleanliness is perfect. Location is excellent, nearby to the central area as well as to the Europa Therme Wellness & Spa. WiFi was good. Value for the money is very good. We will come again next year for more days for sure. Kind host and very helpful.

It's a very good place. The landlord is very nice, and even though we arrived late, it was not difficult to check-in. We had breakfast in the courtyard in the morning and the view was beautiful. I recommend this place.

Brilliant breakfast with a great range! Really clean hotel, and only 20 or so minutes into the centre of Munich.

During the day really no facilities for drinks or food, plus not much information about the hotel on arrival. No hot drinks facilities in the room.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing to complain about.

We did not like the smell of mould in the room. Large visible mould area in the ceiling of the bathroom. One of us is very sensitive to that smell which is most likely not healthy. We arrived late after a very intense day at the Nurnberg messe and were to tired to do something about this late in the evening. We also did not like that there were not enough toilet paper for two people staying one night.

No Airconditioning - was told it was at 20C and would only come on when cold outside - impossible to cool room down on a warm night and was told opening window (tiny) was my only option.
