We realised there was some hair on the walls of the bathroom, like it wasn't properly cleaned.

A nice stay, well located, in the center of Mannheim. We had the top room with a balcony and that was really nice! The room was very comfortable and big, the bed was excellent. The shower was ok but tight. The breakfast really crowded!! The offer a parking place for your car for 10 EU the night. The stuff was nice!

I think the hotel could have done with a bit more modernisation, everything seemed a little basic and bland but I can't complain for the price that the hotel was. There was a bit of a strange smell coming from the drains within the bathroom, I think maybe some mr muscle might be needed at some point. The only downside is the distance between the city centre and the hotel was quite a bit, me and my friends went out for food and drink in the evening and it took us a good 20-25 minutes to walk back to the hotel from near where the train station is.

The hotel was in an acceptable standard, clean, tidy and all the necessary amenities were provided for the one night stay here. My room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfy and I had a great nights sleep on the good quality mattress that was provided. Towels were provided for my shower the next morning. The room also had a TV, closet and a kettle as far as I remember. The bathroom appeared to be in a clean state and the shower was reasonably powerful to my recollection.

The public toilet is available only during the breakfast time. The Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable. The friendliness of staff varies from person to person.

It is close to different tram stops. Breakfast is good. There are two bottles of sparkling water as welcome drinks in the room.

Unfortunately, the most annoying comment you can think of was wrongly made at check-in, namely there is no reservation. As if that wasn't enough, the most annoying comment you can think of was wrongly made when checking out, namely that payment has not yet been made. such a shame.

The bed was very rickety and the bed sheet had a couple of small marks on it. The room was incredibly warm at all times despite us opening the windows and we couldn't find a way to cool it down.

The location was good and an easy 10-15 walk into the main town vis an amazing breakfast place. The staff were pleasant and check in/out was easy.

Busy road outside. Windows are very sound-proof, but the room was very noisy when they were open. Bathroom on the small side. Location - whilst good for access to town centre, the area is not 'touristy'. Nearest shop and restaurant/bar (apart from the restaurant at the hotel) is a 10 minute walk at least. Not a problem for us, but worth keeping in mind if that's an issue.

Good location, within a 10-minute walk of the centre of Mannheim. 20 minute walk to train station. Bed much more comfortable than it looked! Very good sleep.
