The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. It was important for me that the hotel and facilities are relatively new.

Great location, close to the train station (about 1 minute walk). Very friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, and room was cool at night, and the shower was clean (and the water hot). 1010 would stay again.

Felix at reception , very rude, we had a really hard conversation which i never had from hostels till luxury hotels. I did not get a reason of such an attitude, i believe smth personal.

Nice , clean neat commfortable hotel. Both retaurant team (sorry i do not know names) and reception team(especially Sandra and Maria were very hekpful and professional). Breakfast is pretty good.

I’d like everything about the Hilton in Mannheim. Like I said location is good, very good and whenever you go at the desk the people they turn to you very fast and they give you your answer as you want it so there is nothing to complain about dinner was perfect. Breakfast was good. I mean the workout there at the Hilton was very very good. I travel very often and I always go to Hilton hotels, and with this one I feel very very good. My kids were very happy and they were even loved to go back again. The people that worked there. So close to the station literally a two minute walk and only a short stroll to town. The night manager, Nigra, spoke perfect English and went out of her way to be helpful. She is definitely a great asset!. Breakfast was good too.

The staffs were very nice and service minded. They'd allowed for check-in since 8:30 am and offered for late check-out free of charge. Also the location is very very good. I'm so impressive. I can say it's the best hotel I've ever stayed.

The location right next to the train station is perfect to get anywhere. The double glazing windows also offer amazing sound insulation. The restaurant downstairs has a great burger. Wifi is fast and reliable.

Room could be a bit bigger for a family of three, but for one night was fine.

We stayed at the hotel for one night while on a road trip in the south of Germany. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean and had everything that need. The breakfast was very good with many choices at the buffet and also on request. We even enjoyed the fitness room after sitting for some hours in the car. The hotel is next to the train station and very close to the city centre, with easy access on foot to a variety of restaurants and museums.
