We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BrazilThe part where I thought it was located, it was a little bit further and a bit dangerous. They do not offer parking or vallet parking. That was a bummer.
It is brand new, the rooms are very comfy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and with a big variety of items.

NetherlandsNot the best location, but when booking the room this was kept in mind. So that was not a problem for us. You will take Uber or Taxi anyway if you need to get to places. TV really slow and air-conditioning didn't work really well.
Extremely good price-quality. The place is really modern and beautiful. Everything is super clean. This type of quality hotel is not common at all in Brazil. Most hotels are outdated or are not taken good care of. This hotel is an exception to that rule. The room is spacious. Beautiful bathroom with a big shower and nice big mirror which my gf loved. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. Nice pool area. Overall it felt like we were in the Mediterranean.

BrazilStaff-they need to learn to say hello (Bom dia) when the see you at the Hotel premises. Parking - ia an issue. Leaving the car anywhere on the street shouldn’t be shouldn’t be a solution especially given the location. Breakfast- they need to work on it a lot, upgrade it to match the Hotel style they are promoting. Currently it is at the level of any pousada anywhere in the Northeast of Brasil, staff at breakfast also totally uninterested, no one bothered to approach us.
The entire Hotel design it’s wonderful and very rare for this part of Brasil.

Nice hotel to stay in Fortaleza. The staff is extremely helpful, and the breakfast is incredible.

United Kingdom1) shower flooded due to drainage issues. Was apparently fixed but bathroom left with a soaking wet dirty floor. 2) moved rooms- air con did not work properly at all- apparently this is a hotel wide issue. We woke in the night sweating despite air con being on 17! Apparently people have complained about this before. 3) hotel room not very clear- Dust cobwebs, even a spider! Note have emailed hotel 3x to Discuss this but they don’t reply.
