Arriving at the hotel was a bit concerning as there was major constuction going on on the road outside. But this didn't turn out to be an issue at all. The location was excellent, being close to various attractions, including the Bird Park and the National Park with the falls. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, the A/C was good and the location was quiet, despite the construction.

I only ate one dinner in the restaurant and wasn't particularly impressed, but maybe I didn't make the best choice from the menu. The staff were good though.

The location across from Copacabana beach was just great. Rooms were wonderful- great bedding, fantastic shower ( so appreciated after cruise trip). Breakfast is fantastic , windows to look out. Staff helpful. Rooftop great at night

I didn't bother with the breakfast but it looked like a decent buffet. The hotel was clean, quiet, secure and in a very convenient location for anyone passing through the area as it was very near the main road through the city.

Nice location a reasonable distance from town so very peaceful. But still less than 10 minutes to town. Several nice restaurants on the beach nearby. Good air conditioning. Nice breakfast. Nice patios with great biews

Could hear every noise through the door, it is not soundproofed. Very noisy early morning. Staff and housekeeping walking around. Very poor breakfast, lots of bread variety but everything lacked flavor.

Outdated and in serious need off maintenance/upgrading. Everything that could have been rusty or broken was. The kitchen was full of dirty plate ware, dull and broken knives, moldy cutting board , terribly scratched and warped cookware. Dish rack and garbage can were both rusty and broken. The couch smelled of mold and pillows we're sweaty smelling. The shower has a broken drain that could cause injuries if not careful, it also was dirty and had a broken glass shelf. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom is very loud.
