Bathroom is quite old fashion. On the week end, it is quite noisy.

Nice location with spacious room. Bed is confortable Washing machine and dryer are very useful. Cooking plate is also present. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our 1st room on 2nd floor, was noisy from places opposite and also the sails outside were flapping in the wind, keeping us awake all night. We were upgraded to another room on 5th floor. Which was much better, even though we had to pay $100 extra for 2 nights. Also the shower was very hard to step in and out of, due to the highsides on the bath tub. Dangerous for older people.

Disappointed that we didn't have a room with a view. We were facing the ocean but couldn't see anything because of a hedge.

Location was great with the beach right across the road. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked a studio which is all I required and usually book. They upgraded me to a 1 bed apartment which had not been upgraded and, as I was only staying for 2 days, the extra facilities were not needed. The sea view was limited from just a corner of the balcony. I would have preferred not to have been upgraded, had a studio and a sea view

Our room was only serviced once whilst we were there. Further we chose to extend our stay for one night as we had a late flight and paid for a full nights accommodation but room was still not serviced

The street outside on the corner there are Street stop lights and until 1.00 pm it is used as a dragstrip by hoons in cars , police don't worry about it but at 1.00 pm it stopped and was quiet from then on , good entertainment if your into drag racing .

Pet fee too much per night - $ not specified on booking site, only a note in conditions and then you’re supposed to ask them ! Music & noise from pub below until late Sat night.

It’s good location. Public holidays no workers to clean to room. You have to wait two days to clean the rooms. That’s really annoying.

Loved the apartment. It was roomy and light filled. The location was great. We never heard any noise. The parking was great, secure and protected. Location was awesome.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. There was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate and there wasn’t a single staff member there to tell guests what was happening and when we could go back to our rooms.

Traffic noise and loud disco noise on a Friday/Saturday night until very late. Construction noise in opposite park. None of this is a criticism of the hotel as they are not responsible.

Great position close to beach, restaurants, cafes, shops. Swimming pool and jacuzzi amazing bonus. Very comfortable bed, room service every day, air con . Able to cook a simple meal on 2 ring hob. 2 balconies. Very friendly helpful staff.

Mold in bathroom, shower in a bathtub, noisy under 15 year olds unaccompanied by adults in gym and pool. Noisy families in pool who.allowed the children to misbehave to the point you could not enter the pool to swim! Too much traffic noise!

Close to our family- good parking, gym, pool - normally .. .comfortable beds, nice staff.
