Did not like breakfast they served, but most of the other people we were with Did. It was eggs sausage bacon , some cereals and juice. Everything was absolutely amazing . Staff so helpful and informative. Very centrally located. Easy to get uber or taxis. When we go back we will stay again!!

Meriton was excellent, staff very professional, suite was clean and very comfortable, the shower pressure was the best I have ever experienced it was like a jet shower amazing! Location was fantastic and everything very accessible and finally the indoor pool was great.

Excellent location and views, close proximity to IGA supermarket. Close proximity to cruise ferries and main bay. Nice that some basic pantry items were available. Handy sheet with places to eat or do takeaway. Bedrooms and beds were a good size. Good WiFi available.

The odour in both the laundry and in the separate toilet. Maybe its tankwater(?) that we aren't used and perhaps lack of ventilation in the laundry prior. Missed a handtowel / teatowel to dry dishes and or dishwashing powder or tablets as we didn't bring our own, for that or its a lesson for ourselves to think of that :).

No secure area to leave your bags if you are checking in before your time. Everyone's luggage goes into the same unlocked area. Staff are not all that interested in talking. Bed is quite hard & uncomfortable.

washer dryer was a combo - it took forever and we had trouble operating it. The bathroom flooded after a bath, the ironing board sloped downward, the light in the living room was too bright and couldn't be dimmed. The telephone stopped working
